Best outdoor curtains! Lisa in customer service was great!

The curtains were just what I expected and of good quality. I was relieved and extremely satisfied as I made a good purchase and was totally happy when they arrived.

The product was easy to order as I did a custom order. It came in on time and everything has been great.

I ordered outdoor curtains to "close in" our back patio for my husband for Christmas. Ordering was easy, I got exactly what I ordered and my husband is thrilled with it.

Sample book and Curtains arrived quickly. Soft material and vivid color! I purchased the waterproof curtains to make privacy panels on my deck. They feel very durable but time will tell. Very pleased with this purchase, my only small complaint would be that I wish there were a larger variety of colors to choose from. There are 24 colors but I would've loved a red, orange or aqua color choice. I got exactly what I ordered, no mistakes or shortages.

Great product. Put curtains on our screened in porch. We have an outdoor tv and between the curtains and the tv cover not an ounce of rain has gotten in. Allowed us (with a outdoor gas fire table) to extend our time outside comfortably when the weather is windy and in the 30’s. Curtains sturdy and attractive. Highly recommend

I ordered 2 navy custom sized waterproof curtain panels for our outdoor shower. their shipping estimate was way off the original projection, but considering it was custom, i was not disappointed—maybe 3-4 days later than expected. The quality is ok—again for the price . the texture is a little more “shimmery” or shiny than pictures. The grommets are plastic not stainless steel or other strong metal, i guess they will hold up
to water and weather. I’d include a pic but don’t see a space for that. They look good enough. 4 stars bc of shimmer and plastic grommets. Bought two magnet curtain ties/“knots” in silver. they look good. should have gotten black to match the outdoor shower fixtures but i don’t think they came in that color.

Very high quality fabric, nice hand. In fact, I actually intended to order something different but I like these so much I've decided to keep them.

I've emailed them regarding my curtains I had custom made and I'm getting no response. It's been a week since I reached out to SUCHOUTDOOR. My curtains showed up the wrong color and after spending this much money I would hope they'll contact me back ro fix this issue. I ordered them on 9/20/22 but received the last week.
UPDATE:
They're communicating with me now. They are saying they're sure they sent the right color because they check them before sending, and in this response sent color samples to my email. I replied with a picture of the actual curtains I received so they can compare to the color samples emailed to me and see these are clearly SILVER and match the silver sample picture sent to me. I'll update my review after I see what ends up happening. I spent over $1500 for these outdoor curtains and was nervous doing it. I hope they assist me and do whats right. I haven't taken them out to see if measurements and everything are right yet either because I'm waiting to see what's done.

Lisa was my contact person via my emails and she was very professional and responded almost immediately. I didn't realize the curtains were coming from another country but the lead time was acceptable. The quality of the curtains are very nice. I am very pleased, however, I am not sure how to weight down the curtains with the pockets included as requested. Overall very pleased.

Curtains are absolutely beautiful! High quality workmanship, soft, thick... Everything the company described. I had mine custom made to be 18' with 4 ties on either end. No problem with special instructions and were shipped quickly. Great company!
