Generally good experience but I have occassionally been sent wrong food items, or had a few deliveries that were damaged.

We have been Sunbasket customers for the past five years and have enjoyed freshly cooked meals with healthy ingredients for 3 dinners a week. The recipes and techniques have been adaptable to our meal prep in general. Service has been reliable for the most part with an occasional delivery or ingredient hiccup. Customer support has always been responsive and offered help or compensation for errors.

Sunbasket meals are great! We enjoy them on hectic weeks where shopping and meal planning are inconvenient. Many of the meals are inspiring and easy to assemble quickly

Great experience although some times there are not enough options for quick dinners and a few times shipments have come in late. However, any time I have had an issue, customer service has been quick to respond and give me a credit, so that is a plus.

I love Sunbasket. In my opinion it is an elevated food delivery service. I look for quality, organic and various dietary options. Sunbasket meets all these standards and also has taught me about different spices and foods I wouldn’t have known about.

I live alone and cooking for one always wastes so many ingredients. I love that these meals come with exactly what you need and in the exact amount required. It also encourages me to try dishes I would never attempt on my own.

We started ordering Sunbasket during the pandemic and have never looked back. We are eating better than we ever had, I enjoy the cooking part but not the shopping and meal planning and I hate to waste food. With Sunbasket there are very few left overs. As a gluten frree person, I am especially grateful for the delicous gluten free options. Thank you sunbasket, you have been life altering for us.

For the most part the meals have been great. The delivery dates and minimum you have to met is sometimes challenging. I do enjoy the meals and the ingredients definitely top notch

I love being able to select a meal that I know is not only healthy, but it’s organic. It’s easy with everything in a paper bag for the whole meal. When we are going somewhere for the weekend, we can take the bag along & know we have everything. We are even bringing it camping with us. I like that I can increase the quantity in case I have guests. The food is good. I prefer the meal kits because I can make adjustments as I want them. I like that everything is in the bag, minus olive oil & sometimes wine if I elect it. I no longer have wasted food in my refrigerator. If I need 1/4 of a cabbage, that’s what Sunbasket sends. It’s delivered to my door on the day of my choice which cuts back on grocery store visits. I often put the meat in the freezer to hold until I’m ready to eat it. I started this while I was working & have continued since I retired.

Meals are easy to prepare, fresh ingredients, creative and delicious. Delivery and customer service are both dependable.

Sunbasket provides delicious, healthy meals, and whenever something goes wrong, they make it right.

Dependable service with a very user friendly app makes meal planning a breeze. The menus have great variety based on your preferences, and the food quality is excellent. Makes cooking delicious meals quick and easy.

We've been subscribing to Sunbasket for years, and we still love it! It's very convenient. Sunbasket does the planning and the shopping for us—and the dishes are delicious!

There has been issues with delivery coming late and me having to throw out the food .....and the food being not so fresh.

Delivery service, takes the headache of thinking what should I cook, everything tastes great, easy to read menus.
I sometimes wish they had more recipes made with chicken thighs I find breast to be to dry.

The flavors, meat quality, and varieties offered are excellent. I like that there is always a choice between fully prepped, partially prepped, and ingredient kits.

The meal selection is excellent, with plenty of variety to keep things interesting, while also bringing back favorite meals regularly enough that I can count on seeing them at least once a month. That balance between new options and familiar favorites is something Sunbasket does really well.

I also feel that the pricing is fair for the value provided, especially considering the quality of the ingredients and the convenience.

What has impressed me most, though, is the customer service. On the rare occasions when I've had an issue with an order, their team has been responsive, helpful, and quick to resolve the problem. Every concern I've raised has been handled to my satisfaction.

After more than a decade as a customer, I can confidently say that Sunbasket has delivered a consistently high-quality experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a meal service that combines great food, dependable quality, and excellent customer support.
