Beyond awful
Beyond awful. Their I.T system doesn't translate your address to the courier so the package gets held. Constantly emailing to get my package delivered, this should be bare basics for a company selling anything. Avoid.

We have investigated this matter internally to see how we might better have managed this and indeed lodged a complaint on the matter too with the relevant parties. Nice product but when I went to assemble the screws, they where missing from the package.When they did arrive,one of the brass insert's had no internal thread,so had to source replacement part.
