Time wasting
Time wasting. Before ordering and asked in a live chat if they have this stock in store and how quick can they do a delivery as I runned out of magenta toner. I got the answer they can deliver next day. So i ordered and paid. Next day nothing has arrived. day after I contacted them again with a request to provide a tracking number. I was given a wrong tracking number. Then I contacted them again. Next day I was told they do not have this stock. Total time wasting.
Giving 2 stars only because of a quick refund.

Damaged Desk
The desk arrived in good time, the finish and size of desk is perfect but unfortunately it was damaged in 2 places with a crack on the table top and a corner section of the drawers broke off. I emailed and sent pictures to the company but got no response.

We found the book of diagrams hard to follow, as it was not easily understood which part was which. Identification of each part on the wrapping only should be supplemented by an erasable identification on each individual part. Now that we have the product assembled, it took all day, we are delighted
