Despite numerous attempts to contact them regarding an issue with the product, I have received no response. The customer support is virtually non-existent, and the lack of follow-up is incredibly frustrating. I would advise caution when considering products from this brand, as their post-sale support is absolutely inadequate
Terrible product and deplorable customer service
Terrible customer service. My power washer was used once a year for two years and was stored in a dry basement. This year it doesn't start. I emailed them. No reply. I emailed again 10 days later. No reply, so I phoned. Warranty was over 7.5 months ago, but rep said to find my invoice and send it in as they will try their best to help - it sounded very promising so I searched high and low and found it. I sent it in and phoned them. The next rep said no, warranty is over (8 months). Then why ask me to send in my invoice??? What a waste of my time. Two uses and the power washer doesn't work - it makes no sense other than I have a lemon. They also offered to sell me a new one with an extra year of warranty. They don't help with repairs or parts! Do they really think I will buy their products again??? I'll go with a different brand that has a better product and decent support.

Horrible CS. No one answers phone with message to try again. Web Hours show CS from 8-8 EST, yet another CS number I tried said 8-5 EST. The only consistent thing is they don’t answer either number. this is the second power washer I’ve owned and both have motor issues keep cutting out. With all the bad reviews on products, yet Sam’s Club keep on carrying their products. Who’s the buyer for Sam’s????
No help from Sun Joe Pressure fixing problem after warranty
My Sun Joe Pressure Washer was leaking after warranty period. I wrote to get assistance and replacement parts. They sent me many emails asking me questions on where I bought it, date, price I paid, asking me picture of the model and serial number, etc. Asking me many times the same information. After many emails the answer was buy a new one and we will extend the warranty of you new purchase by one year. No replacement parts possibility, no help fixing the issue. This is the worst customer service experience I ever had

Awful customer service. I have a valid warranty that SunJoe has in their system on file per my account they have you set up to register and submit receipt for warranty. I did all that. My SunJoe motor went bad. When I called for warranty or repair, they said they couldn’t locate my receipt any longer and said unless I produced it a year later they will not honor warranty!! I reminded them their system shows I submitted and still valid for 6 more months. They said they couldn’t help me unless I produced a receipt again. Shady, just plain shady company. Buyer beware
One star is actually too much for this…
One star is actually too much for this company and their products. I purchased a Sun Joe 28v cordless 14” Brushless Walk Behind mower and used it twice before the screws loosened inside and the blade came loose. There is no way for me to tighten it back up. So it is sitting in the garage taking up space. I tried calling the company because it has a 2 yr warranty. I was put on hold several times and after 20 minutes was hung up on. I have not been able to speak to a live person to help resolve this issue. I’m just gonna consider it a loss and definitely will not buy another product from this company.
Terrible customer service
I purchased an Aquajoe 75’ hose in June of 2023 and registered the product. According to the email the company sent me, my warrant expires on September 28, 2025.
The hose sprung a leak. I attempted to make a claim online but was not able to, as the product was not on the website. I then called. The stated wait time was 8 to 10 minutes but I waited 20. I was asked for my email address and was told I was not in the system. After some back and forth, I was found in the system. I was then told I could get a 50’ hose because the 75’ was on back order. I stated I would wait for the 75’ to come in because that was what I bought and paid for. It was at that point I was told I needed to provide my original poof of purchase. I reiterated I had an email that showed I registered the product. The agent I spoke to, in a very condescending manner, advised all their customers know that it the process.
First, I am sure when I registered this product, I provided proof of purchase. Second, the email I received with the proof of registration did not state that the original receipt had to accompany a warranty claim. It stated the hose was “automatically registered” in their system. Third, the box for the hose, which I kept with the registration, states there is a two year warranty with no questions asked.
Seems that this company just doesn’t stand behind its product and will go to lengths to make sure the warranty is worthless.
Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service. Pressure washer broke once had to fight to get it replaced. Replaces pressurewasher broke again, same issue. At this point I just want my money back but I guess I'll accept another replacement. But no only the first purchase was warrantied. So I'm stuck not with a crap broken pressurewasher.
Don't do it! Find a different company!
If I could give this company zero or negative stars I absolutely would. They are fraud and create many unreasonable roadblocks to their warranty. They have been "out of stock" with weed eater blades for over a year and have no E.T.A as to when they will be available. They also have no reasonable solutions. Worst customer service ever! I would highly suggest using a didn't company to meet your needs.

Horrible customer service! I have an extended warranty for a electric wood chipper. It died on me recently and I put in for a replacement. I did get someone to talk to and was supplied a transaction number, but no follow up, no tracking number. When I call, the automated machine said I had a 6 minute wait. I'm on minute 20 as of this writing and still no answer. First and last purchase with SunJoe.

I bought an electric power washer and in 2017 and 2 years later it broke. The company was great and sent a replacement under the warranty. This time I bought an extended warranty which expires in October 2024. This month the unit began to leak and lost pressure. When I requested warranty service I was told to find the original receipt. Luckily I found it. Then I was told to find the original warranty paperwork. I don’t have that but pointed out my account which shows that the warranty is active. This was not enough and they refused to honor their warranty. I have other sun joe and snow Joe products and have been impressed with the company and its products. However something seems to have changed and I will not be doing business with them again

By far the worst customer service of any company I have delt with. I just wanted some repair parts and got the run around. I still have a pressure washer that won't dispense detergent for the SPX4000.
Sunjoe priced low for a reason…
Sunjoe products are priced low for a reason. I have owned an edger, getting replacement blades is impossible, a power washer, 1season and the gasket on the pump failed. NEVER AGAIN. I do not recommend.
Terrible Customer Service
I have a SunJoe chain saw that stopped working when I went to use it this summer. The bar jams and won’t move. I believe the unit was less than two years old so under warranty. I called twice a week apart and was told each time their “system was updating” so they couldn’t find my registration. They offered to sell me a new unit that was more than comparable brands on Amazon. I have three other Sun/SnoJoe products but after this customer service experience, no more!

Horrible company and warranty. Customer service are liars and will jerk you around to avoid warranty replacement. You will spend hours trying to get customer service . Their warranty states hassle free but it is a complete hassle dealing with them

Engine failure
I owned Sunjoe pw for 1 1/2 years and used at leased 7 times to clean small patios and siding. It worked great on these occasions. This Spring, the engine turned on, but no pressure. Had to junk the machine. Very disappointed!
