I ordered few products from this company. The parcel arrived totally smashed, all wet and licking. I refused to receive this package as everything inside was probably damaged. This company haven’t send me email about sending a replacement products only asked for review. I think they should pay more attention for how secured the product is before they send out

I purchased the wrong item, so phoned and left a voicemail to say that & could they ring me urgently as I wanted to return item and pay the extra for the correct item. Nobody bothered calling me back. I'm now stuck with a £35 item I don't want, so to me that is a shocking service. I'm a pensioner and do not have £35 to simply lose. I won't be buying my whey protein from them ever again, Dolphin are a much more professional & reliable supplier.

Terrible service they said I lied about my faulty delivery. The whole parcel was soaking wet and my 2 conditioners leaked through. I had to open the parcel to check and they said the parcel was ok it wasn't it was soaking wet I opened it and sent photos.
Terrible customer service and rude I lost out and have no conditioners but they said I am a liar. Be careful, they will make out your liars and not refund you thats what happened to me also report to the police if it keeps happening cause they are pocketing our money so we lose out. Sly sly sly
