“Overcharged 30+ Times – Completely Unacceptable”

I’ve been with Superloop for over a year on their NBN 1000/100 plan, and honestly, the experience has been extremely disappointing.

The speeds they advertise (up to 896/96 Mbps) are completely unrealistic — I have never come close to achieving those speeds in real usage.

However, the biggest issue is their billing and customer service. Recently, they direct debited my account over 30 times. I initially reported it when I noticed 11 duplicate charges, and they told me they would investigate. Nothing was resolved.

I then blocked my card and got a replacement, yet they still managed to debit my account again. In total, around 32 transactions were taken. To make things worse, I received emails saying my direct debit had failed — which makes no sense given the number of successful charges.

This has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I am now waiting for my bank to process refunds and will be switching providers as soon as possible.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious.
Follow up.
They contacted me and they are saying they are going to investigate

KC has been incredibly helpful in assisting me with setting up both my new NBN and mobile plans. From the beginning, he was respectful, polite, and very easy to deal with. He took the time to clearly explain my options, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure everything was set up smoothly.
