Restrictions in ad creation format.
Ad deleting or reactivating old ad can't be done by end user. Profile picture changing/ deleting restrictions for end user.

Thanks for your review! Sorry our platform is bit confusing - users can create new ads, pause ads and reactivate paused ads but not delete ads. Although it's possible if you send us a quick email if you want your ad deleted. Profile picture should be able to change by the user but sometimes it's bit buggy and you need to send us an email :)

Best decision to pick superprof
I cannot imagine the quality of the Tutor I got for my personal assignment. Everything is good so far. The Tutor I used did above and beyond the call of duty as far as I was concerned. The website is easy to navigate and the review system is just perfect. The only issue I have with the website so far was the glitch that prevented me from using my previous account. I had to make a new one in order to interact and give a review for my tutor because I was not able to accesss my previous account.
Overall I have a good experience with superprof, but I have yet to experience a bad one since it is my first time with the website.

Great Platform
This is a great platform to find eager, hardworking students. It is a good bridge for that so keep up the good work. The only reason why I would not give 5 stars is because the traffic seems a bit slow. Maybe not as much students have signed up? Besides that, great job with everything!

from this platform, i can find tutors easily with affordable price. they are excellent compare to my teachers at school. but, sometimes, i have to book more than 2 tutors because i figured out not all tutors are not free to conduct a class. so i hope superprof can identified first which tutors are available to teach so that students can find their tutors directly. all in all, well done superprof!!

Thanks for your review. It's great to hear our tutors are more affordable than elsewhere. We are aware that not all tutors can offer lessons that suit the need of each student. Sometimes it's necessary to contact multiple tutors to reach the best one. We ask the tutors to offer a free, first lesson so the student and tutors can really get to know each other before committing to a paid lesson.

nice platform for freelancer
nice platform for freelancer like me to do a private tutoring. verification for degree is fast! however, SuperProf could improve the location. instead of giving limited options to user to choose, it's better if we can insert it manually. hence, the location would be more accurate.

Kim wanted to learn to make simple Indian dishes. I suggested a chicken biryani and she wanted a lentil curry to go wit the biryani. It took almost 2 hrs of coaching and her cooking, both the chicken biryani and dal turned out well.
