Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback here. Naturally, we're disappointed to hear that you feel this way.

The Student Pass is a monthly subscription of €49 and it allows you to contact as many tutors as you like for a period of 30 days. You will then need to pay the tutor rate separately.

With an active Student Pass, you can contact an unlimited number of tutors until you find the perfect fit. This price is separate from a tutor's hourly rate and lessons and is essentially a connection fee for tutors.

If you've not been able to organise lessons with a tutor due to a fault on their part, then that's something which we would like to look into for you. We've not been able to confirm receipt of your email or to find your profile by searching with the details listed here.

Our team (of people - we're not AI or bots) would welcome the chance to address your concerns again and look into the matter further for you.

We've asked Trustpilot to request your contact details and if you're happy to share, we can go from there.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review via Trustpilot.

I'm very sorry if the fees on our platform were not clear to you and any inconvenience this may have caused.

I would like to kindly inform you that it is clearly stated on our payments page when you entered your bank details that the Student Pass is a €39 non-binding 30-day rolling subscription.

We send all our students follow-up emails informing you of our terms of service and that the pass can be cancelled at any point.

You can also find more comprehensive information on website under our terms and conditions, which details that the Student Pass is not connected with individual tutors or lessons, rather it is the rate to contact tutors in general through the Superprof platform for a minimum period of 30 days.
