Superprof is an amazing site to find students of all age who're looking to learn something.

I have been a tutor and the experience has been so good with meeting students, organising their meets, exchanging notes and materials and overall getting back my dues so easily and without hassle.

I'm now looking at learning something new from the superprof community myself! :)

I signed up for Superprof last month. I happily paid the first-month subscription to arrange a class. I decided to go directly to a language school and didn't use superprof at all. Was charged for the 2nd month, explained I didn't want to use the product (and they can obviously see I'm not) and won't refund me... 29 euros FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Would definitely not recommend it. Also... I worked as a tutor a few years ago with them, be careful with the students you get, some are just predators that want to go on dates with you and learn sexual lingo.

My tutor catered to my needs. He was very responsive and intelligent on the subject

It helped me a lot to find students. One problem for the website is it always so slow to get download or never downloads sometimes.

Thus far, my experience of Superprof Ireland is excellent. If you want to learn, this is something you ought to look at.

I like Superprof web and I am very happy to use it, but there is somethings that It could've improve. I.e I am a premium, but I never received the answer in the same day that I have written.
And the web sometimes has a app that you can use to do the class, but suddenly it dissappears whiteout any explanation.

I have been taking lessons with tutors I found on Superprof for 2 months now. My Spanish is improving!.

Found it very diffcult looking for someone suitsble for the job

Good description of the tutors which allows you to pick the best fit for the student .
Easy to use service.

I contacted few teachers and nobody of them contacted me for 10 days. After 10 days I received message that they are not available. Later I contacted another tutor and he contacted me immediately and we are still with him. we are very very happy with him, he is very professional and take care of his students. Even very young, our tutor is very prepared and enthusiastic, my son like very much his lesson.

Pietro, my Tutor, is excellent, patient, speaks clearly and at a pace that is suitable for my level.
Each lesson starts with a general conversation, offering me a chance to raise topics of my interest. Lessons are well structured

Relevant students are approaching the domain of service. Receiving feedback about students also is a positive aspect.

They scammed me into paying €29 euro and when I emailed them about the misunderstanding they still didn't refund me the money. The site is made in a way that the website makes money by confusing people.

I found Superprof a very positive experience. They were very quick to reply to all emails and we found a fantastic Chemistry grinds teacher, Gwen for my daughter. Thank you.

Very very sneaky company, hadnt arranged anything for a free lesson and they had already charged me without my knowledge for a free lesson, not only that they set up a direct debit for weekly payments and nothing had even been agreed with tutor nor did i agree to this. Only cause i was looking for something else did i realise. Avoid them and find tutors outside of their system as they will rob you blind. Instantly deleted my account and reported them. Bad practice.
