Prompt response and great service.
Very pleasant man came the next day and replaced the faulty double glazing handle that had worn. The replacement handle only came with one key and no spare, but the company very kindly arranged to send two spares by post which duly arrived as promised. Great service.

Efficient, knowledgable, quick
Seemed very efficient, knowledgable and quick, did the job (window would not open) and were very pleasant. The original booking I made did not seem to have been logged but they sorted this as soon as I called and arrived as booked. The work comes with 1 years guarantee but all looks to be working well.

All work was carried out to my complete satisfaction with very little disruption. I accepted the quote immediately as I thought it very fair. Craig, the fitter was diligent and caring.
I will certainly use this company in the future.
