Great service
Excellent product knowledge well explained in the Bexhill shop.
After an expensive mistake with a previous bed it was good to have the option of a 60 day trial.
There is a good range of sizes, hardness, texture and finish.
Delivery was prompt and well advised.

Ian was exceptionally helpful from start to finish in the buying process on the multiple occasions we visited the shop to try out the mattresses and through the conversations we had over the phone. Would never buy a mattress or bed from anywhere else.

What amazing people at the Hayward…
What amazing people at the Hayward Heath branch. They helped me choose the best bed for my needs and were patient very empathetic. They didn’t rush me and guided me to the most appropriate bed. I was helped to the type of bed I was…
I was helped to the type of bed I was looking for and did not have to wander around looking for assistance. It all went very smoothly and was able to purchase with very good discounts. I was kept well informed with the delivery date it arrived on time and the assembly was quick and efficient.

The showroom was well laid out with all the beds accessible. The young lady who served us was very attentive and helpful and the whole buying process was pain free. We were quoted a 3 week lead time but ideally wanted delivery quicker which the assistant said she would try to achieve and we actually got the bed delivered in under 2 weeks. The delivery staff were polite and delivery was made at the time quoted. All round very good service and we would definitely recommend Sussex Beds to friends and family.
