Superb experience
My main point of call was Harry. He was very accommodating, gave a perfect description of the car and sent me an in depth video answering all my queries. Even stayed behind after closing as I was traveling to the showroom from down south. The whole transition was made a lot smoother than I had anticipated. I would happily recommend SUV Prestige to anyone.

Hmmm, a little unfair we think. After a number of record weeks of vehicle sales and many happy customers we have to focus on prioritising sold vehicles for any prep work required. So, yes some of our new arrivals are yet to be fully prepared. However, we make sure on collection day your new car will be beautifully prepared and ready to go. As for the no prices in the windscreens this was a decision we made for a couple of reasons, one waste. As a business we wish to be better to the environment and avoid unnecessary use of plastics and paper products. Second, with a very small team and over 300 cars in stock price changes can take a while, and take away from helping our customers. So we stay digital and provide QR codes to take you to our website with all our cars and prices. We price all of our vehicles to be the lowest in the UK and take prep seriously. We are sorry you feel we are "dodgy dealers", but, with the number of 5-Star reviews and awards we win for being great at what we do, we disagree. Thanks for your feedback though!

Great experience for a distance buyer
Great experience for a distance buyer. Sales were great and answered all my questions supplying me with all the details I needed to fully look into the car. They did the work needed to secure the car with no fuss. I was honest in my assessment of my own car that I was part exchanging and they did not reduce it in my arrival so what I had been quoted was what I payed. As it was high milage I took out their warranty for peace of mind. Easy with no fuss especially for a distance buyer.

SUV Prestige - friendly and professional
SUV Prestige where very friendly and helpful. Harry was excellent. He gave me time to look at the vehicle I went to see, pass on the keys to take the car out for a run, talked me through the car spec etc. Making the decision to buy and then purchase the car (paper work) was easy.
I am just waiting on the car to be prepared - service, MOT and valet ready for delivery next week.
Very professional team.

Excellent service from start to finish. Initial enquiry was dealt with over the phone by the sales team. I travelled over 200 miles to collect the car, it was exactly as described and in fantastic condition. The handover process was straight forward and efficient. I would highly recommend SUV prestige to anyone in the market for a high quality used vehicle

Arranged to view a car spent four hours out of my day to go view after arranging an appointment
The car went up in value by £750 within 12 hours of me showing an interest.
Wasted my time fuel costs and pretty low trick to be honest.
Still waiting for my hold money back that was fully refundable and had to chase it up.

Hi Mr Foster, we can only apologise. At the moment the used car market is incredibly buoyant and therefore volatile. We price our cars to be the lowest prices in the UK for age, miles, colour and spec. All of these prices are dictated by the other equivalent vehicles on the market. Fresh ones enter and leave the market constantly so this will cause some of our prices to fluctuate. Unfortunately it seems the price of this one must have changed in-between you seeing it advertised initially and leaving your deposit. Our prices aren't adjusted by the sales team so sometimes these changes can go unnoticed from time to time. But we can assure you that it is never an intentional move based on interest. We apologise and understand how it could seem otherwise. We hope you can understand with an explanation into our pricing policy. The refund can take up to 5 working days, if it has been later than this please do give us a call.
