So far so good

Staff were helpful and any questions/queries were dealt with. The test drive experience was very stress free and I never felt pressured at any point.

Buying a new car at SUV

I recently purchased a car from SUV prestige. The whole experience from start to finish was very pleasant and easy. What i like about them is how accommodating they are. Nothing is too much trouble. They allow you to look around/test drive in a relaxed way with no salesman behaviour. A special shout to Richard, he was so helpful, and all around lovely to deal with with a bit of banter in there aswell. Thanks Rich!
Andy you were also great to get us over the finish line! I love my new car! Thanks guys.

I was recommended by my friend as he bought his car from here. I bought my new car over the phone unseen Richard gave me a good price for my old car over the phone all unseen. On collection day I viewed my new car it was well presented and a lovely car just what I wanted, continued with the buying process all very easy. What an enjoyable process when buying my car. Great experience collecting my new car. Bought unseen online via a third party site, but felt like an old customer when I went to collect, couldn't do enough to help, no hard sell of add-ons, just good advice. Car looked like it hadn't been sat in. Will definitely be top of my list next time I need a car.

Please do not travel here

Please do not travel here , drove 2 hours away to see a car, got there no prices in the windows off the cars , seen a set price online looked at the car and asked how much????? He only put it up 2000 pound more , what a absolute joke this place is , surely there not allowed to put it up in price there and then ???????

Hi Amy, Thank you for your feedback. Did you call ahead to make an appointment? The reason I ask is because of the way we price our cars. We price our cars daily to ensure we have the best prices in the UK. We price our cars factoring in age, mileage, spec and colour compared to equivalent or similar cars in the market place. At the moment the used car market it particularly volatile due to ULEZ changes and the market being so buoyant. The reason we do not have prices in the windscreens of our cars is due to these daily price changes and having well over 200 cars in stock at any one time, we would need a huge team to constantly change these. We ensure we explain this in detail to anyone we speak to about any of our cars, its part of our process and drilled into our salesman. I can only apologise if your experience came across at all untoward but I can assure you this is not the case. We would love an opportunity to try and turn this experience around and see if we have something in stock that you may like. It is also worth mentioning our prices also go down so don't loose hope yet! Please do give us a call
