With so many websites and options out there I decided to support a local business. These guys didn't disappoint. I've since received a great Hoverboard with exceptional service that is very rare in such a niche industry.
I've realised that it's a privilege to be local to one of the only places that offer a genuine service and UK product and for that I'm thankful. Keep going guys!
Just had a hoverboard delivered for my friend's son. And I have to say I'm impressed with the level of service, the professionalism, and catering for my request as I wanted special notes added.
The selection of products is varied and I had a call with them to help me decide which one suits a 12 year old better, they explained everything fully, regarding battery life, operation and safety, and were a an absolute joy to deal with.
Will definitely use again in the future, as it's an ideal gift, and IV would recommend these guys over the others for the service and real value for money.
My son has been bugging me for a hoverboard but there are so many options and I had loads of questions. Luckily these guys have a contact number and were really helpful answering all my questions. The board arrived quickly and my son is over the moon with it :) Great service!
I have used hoverboard Pro several times with my first experience having been a repair from a board that I purchased online at a dodgy website that later disappeared.
The guys were so helpful and honest that I decided to also purchase another for my younger daughter from them. The quality was excellent and has been a joy to watch the smile on their faces as they enjoy it especially during such turbulent times.
My advice to all those looking for a hoverboard; don't look anywhere else. Hoverboard Pro have been the go to place for anything I needed and will always be the go to place for me. Its all about peace of mind when it comes to my kids safety and this company ticks all the boxes in that department. Great customer service, great UK products and safe certified. I've ordered a hoverboard for my daughter for Xmas. Everything arrived on time. I decided to open it up just to have a look at it. Plastic surface had so many scratches that I knew it wasn't brand new. I paid £200 for an item that I believe: someone bought it, used it, and returned it and then the seller changed some parts ( standing pads, or rubber on weels) to make it look like brand new and tried to resell it. I had a argument with customer service representative about it. They claim that what I received was a brand new hoverboard. I'm not stupid and I knew straight away that it wasn't.
I suggest to the buyers do the same. Check it properly whether you bought brand new item.
I should get me refund within 14 days. On the 14th day I've sent email to them to remind that this not been sorted yet. I had my money back later same day. I'm wondering how long I would have to wait for it if not emailed them.
When my review show up on the Truspilot's website, seller tried everything to have it removed. From emails received from Trustpilot I can only assume that seller claims that I never was their customer. Proven and verified that i made a purchase in their shop. Would they act this way if been honest with me and other customers.

My son bought a hoverboard in October and recently it stoped working as the charging point had become loose. The team at hoverboard were excellent in communicating with us (on WhatsApp which is so much more user friendly!) and our hoverboard was fixed in a matter of days despite us being in lockdown. An excellent service and we are very happy customers.
Moss excels at Customer Service - we could not be more impressed. Great products too. Having been let down by another hoverboard seller, we’d now not go anywhere else. Well done guys - you deserve every success.

This company has the most excellent levels of customer service and is a pleasure to deal with. We ordered a new hoverboard fir our son for Christmas. The company was experiencing massive demand and trouble with supply due to Covid. But the guaranteed delivery before Christmas. When it became apparent to them that stock was not going to arrive in uk on time they telephoned us personally at 9pm ( working long hours) to offer us the choice of five other colours that would be available in the same model. We chose a fantastic camo green model which arrived next day. Fantastic.... A little later the hoverboard developed a small fault in programming and again after a single email the company arranged a return DPD courier and had fixed the fault in their workshop and returned it to us within three days. I am very impressed with such great customer service, well done it is really nice to feel valued as a customer.
Very impressed with the service I got my 9 and 10 year old grandchildren a hoverboard with cart for Christmas. I had a few questions I needed answering which I did through the online chat.
I was worried the children wouldn’t have the technique to ride the hoverboards on Christmas Day, so they could use them I got the cart. I had no need to worry as they took to riding them straight away and they both love their boards.
Fantastic, professional and friendly company. Couldn’t praise these guys enough. Our hoverboard wasn’t quite working right, they diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it with no problem at all. Would highly recommend HOVERBOARD-PRO 😃
I can genuinely say we have never experienced such a super, personable service (in a virtual world) as we have from Hoverboard-pro! Moss was so calm, honest and reassured us when turning around a product we wanted within hours. store to door at the busiest time of year within 24hrs. Also the fact that he was contactable - always taking my calls, messages and keeping us updated every step of the delivery process. Apart from this, the product is spot on - well constructed, beautifully designed and works a storm. All in all amazing product and service.
These guys are fantastic, I thought my board was broken, it was vibrating and just wanted to go backwards as soon as you stood on it, I explained the problems and sent a video of what was happening, they immediately sent me a step by step video on what to do to reset the gyro and it was back to normal, they could of easily asked me to send the board to them saying it needed a new gyro board and then just do the reset themselves and changed me because I would of been non the wiser, its great to find genuine people who aren't just about ripping people off, if in doubt don't be, because these guys are the real deal, a big THANK YOU for your help

Excellent service, would highly recommend. I was experiencing problems with my daughters hover board and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was confident that he could fix it over the phone and in three simple steps the board was fixed!!
Phoned the shop to ask for advice on which hoverboard would be good for an 8 year old who wants to use it as a go kart, the guy was very knowledgeable, gave loads of great advice and I did not feel pressured to purchase.
I later went on website and purchased the board.
Shipping was fast.
Can't wait for Christmas to see my son's face, all round fantastic service, will leave a product review once we have it up and running.

I bought my daughter a hoverboard for her birthday from a Chinese based company, which quickly stopped working. The company don’t like to give exchanges or refunds without it first being inspected by a repair company.
I picked Hoverboard Pro and I have been so happy with how easy the whole process has been. I sent the board to them by courier and they inspected the next day. They provided me with a breakdown of costs which I sent to the original seller which assisted with getting the repair covered.
I’m glad I had it repaired as the standard repair by these guys, actually turned out to be an upgrade on how they are manufactured, making it more reliable.
Competitive pricing and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I contacted Hoverboard-pro after the company I purchased 3 segways from disappeared having sold me 3 faulty boards (Gohoverboard). The guy I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and explained potential issues the segways may have. We discussed the repair service which I would have been more than happy to do but then he contacted me with a self help video to see if that would resolve my issues with the Segway being unusable as it was spinning in circles and continuously flashing with red lights. His help and the video enabled me to recalibrate the segways and now I have 3 ecstatic kids who are able to ride their segways together for the first time since I purchased them last year. Thank you Hoverboard-Pro, I have saved your contact details for future reference and will be recommending you to all my friends and when I need new Segway’s, I’ll be shopping with you!

Firstly it is rare for me to write a review but in this case the service from this company was exceptional on each occasion that I feel compelled to give credit where credit is due.
We recently bought a hoverboard from this company as I was impressed with their site but also my sister in law had received good service.
We received amazingly quick service; immediate reply to queries raised and excellent advice. We received our hoverboard within 20 hours of purchase!
We live in the country so were surprised to receive such a prompt delivery.
Hoverboard was perfect.
Instructions very easy to understand. Unfortunately within a week of purchase, a friend tripped over the wire when it was charging the hoverboard and this caused a little damage to the charger. Although everything still worked, we noticed an occasional spark, so I contacted Moss and we purchased a new charger.
Even on a Sunday, Moss replied immediately with help.
Of all the things we’ve bought for our daughter, the service from Hoverboard Pro has been outstanding, their booklet very straightforward and in easy to understand English 😊
