Scam Web site. The product arrives, but wrong size. The company refuse to give any way to return item, instead offer £5 and keep item. Then they stop communicating. The PayPal payment went to Fashcici Ltd. DO NOT USE THEM. Will try to get PayPal refund and see how ti report site to trading standards and there ISP

Really wish I’d read the reviews on here before purchasing. Followed their size guide but the items are about 4 sizes too small! Awful!
Tried to return and I’m currently at offer of a 50% refund but have advised will be seeking consumer law advice as no where does it state you need to return to USA. Email and www are .co.uk so annoying and frustrating! Do not purchase from this company would be my advice. Mi axing in every way!

Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered. Sizing and quality is terrible. Company will not take returns, offering useless discount on items that don't fit. When you don't accept discount they go silent. DO NOT BUY

Really poor quality and sizing even for the price where I wasn’t expecting much. But the worst was the experience of trying to return items for a refund. Several emails of being probed about why I wanted to return to find out whose ‘fault’ it was, then as per others an offer of 20% then 30% refunds. I insisted further and ended up with a 50% refund, keep the items (because only return option is the US and they refused even to give me the address) at this point I decided my mental health was worth more than continuing the stressful and rude exchanges by email and took the refund. Items making their way to the local charity shop to follow. Don’t bother with this lot unless you’re a stick person who will fit into anything and don’t mind disposable shopping.
Sigh.

I so wish I had read the reviews! Ordered 3 bikinis that don’t fit. They will not give me the option to return them as in their words “return process is not good and I have to pay to return them to USA”. They offered 30% refund and to keep the items but they are absolutely no good to me as they are huge! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

The costume is of no use to me so why they think any amount of compensation is of worth to me I don't know

I am still waiting on my refund which after countless emails since 15th June is still not in my bank account. They can't even work out 50% of the price (which I was offered in the last email). I was also told in the email to basically back off and leave them alone, of which I replied I definitely would when I receive my money back. I also copied and pasted their refund & replacement policy from their website, which came to nothing.

Bought 3 bikinis that don’t look like the photos with one unstitched at the seam. Many emails led to a promise to refund 50% for the faulty item, but this has not been fulfilled. They are a scam, don’t waste your money.

Do not order from this company. My order did arrive but the quality is awful. I asked to return and they continually made excuses. They wanted to give me 20% of the cost and for me to keep the product. When I declined they said they were based in the States so it would be too expensive to return. Now they have stopped responding.
Interesting when I google them there is a very similar company called Sea Fancy. ???

Yep...agree with all the negative reviews. My order has not arrived. Tracking shows the order was delivered to my shed. I do not have a shed. Company suggest I file a claim with the post office when it was couriered by Evri. So unhelpful.

Really wish I'd read the reviews here first, am in the same boat, company refusing to send me a refund authorisation, so far they have offered me 20, 30 and 50% refund which I've refused. They are saying it will be cheaper than shipping back to the USA. Nowhere on their website does it state that returns will be international. A real scam, I consider my money stolen. Don't order!! I've set up a dispute through PayPal also. Quality of swimwear is really poor!

Clothes took two and a half weeks to arrive. Quality was ok but none of them fit. Emailed twice to start a refund (well inside the refund window) and they ignored. On my 3rd attempt (now outside the returns window) they suddenly replied and said they could only offer me a 20% rufund 'as compensation'. Now not replying at all.

I'd give a minus if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not respond to emails or messages until the returns window has nearly closed. I've raised a PayPal dispute to try and return a swimsuit and get a full refund and have only been offered, eventually, £10.28 off a £28 swimsuit but I've yet to see any money. They do not want returns or to give you your money back. Their t&cs are false and this company should not be in business. They're in China but ship from the USA (according to them) and will not give you any return details until it's too late and then there are so many caveats and provisos that you'd be mad to pay shipping to the USA and lose even more money.They ignore you until the return window has closed and you've lost out. Do not buy from this company.

My purchase was not delivered although tracking info said it was posted through my door! I have emailed customer services twice now, no response - is this a scam?
Eventual response has told me I need to contact and claim from the delivery company! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, if anything goes wrong, their customer service is appalling!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....... I ordered on a whim, which I instantly regretted as soon as I read the reviews and actually requested that my order be cancelled within minutes of placing the order. Not surprisingly I heard nothing back from the company despite several emails from me. Their cancellation policy states that cancellation is possible & full refund will be given if cancelled before the order is dispatched. Again, no surprise when I eventually did get an update, it was to say that they "tried" to cancel the order but it was "too late". Weeks later, and with a fictitious tracking number I have not received anything from the company. COMPLETE SCAM - do not use.

It’s like they were deliberately being stupid and stalling sending a return label. I asked three times for a return before reporting to PayPal. On the PayPal drop downs there wasn’t any way to say item did not fit so had to use ‘not as described’. After 2 weeks PayPal have ruled in sellers favour so I’m left with items I cannot wear and no refund. Totally fed up - don’t bother with PayPal as it’s a waste of time and I’m still waiting for the return label.
Just avoid this company at all costs, they are a total scam. Buyer beware!

Order 3 swim suit. None arrived and no refund. I've raised a dispute with PayPal. They asked me to close it so they could give me a refund. Refund never arrived. Reopened the dispute and will escalate.

I have had the same experience as most of the other reviewers. I have been emailing for over a week looking for the returns address and I have had no response from the company. Total scam avoid at all costs - I managed to get 44e back on a 58e purchase but only because I had paid with PayPal and raised a dispute, they wanted me to return the items to an address in America and pay for tracking in the end I was told to keep the clothes and give them to charity!

Scam company - part of order didn’t arrive and no way of returning the other part. The percentage of negative reviews speaks for itself.
