Very knowledgeable about the product. We had sufficient time to try out different jammers and sizes without feeling rushed despite it being their closing time

Excellent shopping experience
First of all, a quick delivery without an extra cost. We bought two same race costumes (in different sizes), and returned a bigger one after trying them on.
On the next day of the return, they already acknowledged my return, then quickly arranged the refund without any issues.

Matt went above and beyond!
Our shorts that arrived were faulty and a replacement was sent out straight away. Matt went above and beyond in replying to my enquiry and our new shorts arrived swiftly for our son's upcoming county gala. This was our first order with Swim Sport and we shall 💯 be ordering from them again. Thanks so much

Easy Exchange
Ordered a size 26 not knowing if we needed a 28. Had to return and purchase the 28 but credit came through quickly once returned. Subsequently ordered a 2nd pair of jammers now we know the size. Delivery was quick so can’t fault them.
