Very straightforward although we would have liked an option to decide on the date of the switch as or fixed contract had not quite run out and would have been cheaper for 2 more weeks.

Switch provider has not updated the meter readings on the new account and also not provided the readings to the old provider resulting in delay in getting the refund
Also the new providers website is difficult to navigate
