Most unreliable and untrustworthy bicycle retailer I have encountered

Purchased a Fiido folding bike from SXC. The bike itself is riddled with faults having required repairs five times in four months. What is worse is that the retailer accepts no liability for this faulty bike and suggested the faults were due to usage which is ridiculous, given the nature of the faults are clearly mechanical.

I would avoid them at any cost. There are much better, reliable and trustworthy retailer out there.

Based on the information received, the manufacturer confirmed that the issue could be addressed at a local bicycle shop. We kindly asked you to share the receipt for our records.

In dealing with such matters, we consistently request customers to provide visual evidence to offer the most effective support. Bought a ebike from here

Bought a ebike from here. After 6 months it wouldn't charge. Contacted the ebike company who wouldn't help me so contacted this shop where I bought it from. Without any hesitation he contacted the ebike company on my behalf and a few days later a new battery arrived through the post. Cannot fault the sales and the aftercare of Sxc scooters,Scoot City. They are the best. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you

I am not very good on giving my reviews but I am so happy with the scooter the delivery was fast the scooter was well wrapped up plus in two boxes which was great they are very kind and helpful they have told me things I never knew as my other company was rubbish they make you feel special too their price is totally amazing

i9 max scooter just problems, no solutions

I bought this i9 max scooter cause light and fast, specs said max speed 35km/h. It barely reaches 30 (usually 28km/h). I complained about it and asked if I could change it for a faster model paying the difference but as per their policy they won’t take it back even if it’s not working as advertised.
Furthermore, the charger pretty soon started emitting a laud high pitch noise when charging the scooter so I couldn’t use it anymore and after 20days I’m still waiting for its replacement.
I won’t recommend this shop, I got just problems and no solutions.

Eleglide T1, Delayed delivery excellently resolved.

After placing my order for the T1 26/04, DX text told me the delivery would be 2nd May 23. On the morning of the delivery I received a text stating that it wasn't going to happen, a bit annoying and short notice after taking the day off. After not hearing from DX, I called on 3rd was told it was to be 9th May. Why so long, it's only in the next county to me. I was told they would deliver on the 5th. I contacted SXC via email who were prompt to reply and said they would also contact DX to get this sorted. SXC was great in dealing with the situation and sorted some goodies in the way of compensation which also arrived on the 5th along with my Bike. Obviously the fault here lies with DX, but the service by SXC made the experience a lot more pleasant. Highly recommend.
