Great brand

They have great customer service with fast responses. They're products are amazing quality and are bound to last awhile. This was my first time buying from a smaller brand and they met all my expectations. Could not recommend more.

It’s always worth the wait

Shipping times can sometimes drag on as tends to happen with small businesses, but they always will make it up to you in one way or another. More importantly, the quality of the products are always top notch, some of the most eye catching and unique designs out there in this niche. Customer support is responsive and helpful as well, and the wait is always worth it for what you get.

The wait times are long but when you’re buying preorder it’s to be expected. Been buying stuff from Synical for a couple years now. The customer service is always on point and the quality on their hoodies are always good.

Great brand

I gotta say quality of clothing is very very nice some of my favorite sweatshirts are from this brand. Everything is nicely styled and great material. The only thing taking points away is the shipping, the shipping takes a while but it’s worth it when you receive the item. Other than that the communication is solid and products are solid so 4 stars.

Typical instagram brand

I’ve noticed it’s a pattern for synical to not only delay packages by 6 months + to the point where it’s become a running joke in the discord server. I ordered a gift for my boyfriend’s birthday and even paid expedited shipping only for my package to be delayed 8 months. Emailed them multiple times throughout the whole process and they’d respond when they felt like it. Sent me 4 different shipping trackers for none of them to come in. Finally once I was able to get a hold of them again they told me they’d finally ship my order out only for it to arrive as the wrong item :/. Emailed them again and they the proceeded to tell me the item I ordered months ago was out of stock and they replaced it with an item worth more and a full refund. Haven’t received the refund yet but there’s still time. Needless to say if you like having your packages arrive on time and it being the correct item I would avoid ordering from this business! Side note turns out my boyfriend who has ordered from them multiple times has always experienced months delay with his packages.

When we received our last batch of inventory we were shorted pieces by our supplier, our best resolution in this scenario was to refund the value of the order that was placed and send out free items exceeding the value of the original order. Not what they used to be.

Used to order their stuff on drop day and they’d update everyone on when things would ship out. I’d get their stuff in less than a month. As of recently my last three orders were a horrible experience. First was extremely delayed by like 3 months. The second I had to cancel because I got tired of waiting 3-5 months for just 1 hoodie. The third order after giving them one last chance was the worst yet. They had a sale on one of their items and we ended up waiting 9 months to receive a “free item” I don’t even want. I got my money back but it’s like I basically lent them $100 bucks for that time. I charged back all my other late orders but I really wanted this one so I decided to stick it out, worst mistake. I could conceive and have a kid faster than their shipping. Won’t order again.

The best brand in the world

I started buying from synical in 2021 and it’s been so cool to see them evolve. Always coming out with new products and i love everything i have. Just recently picked up a synsport zip and it’s unreal.

Absolutely Love the Quality

Picked up a couple of things, got a really nice hoodie that I am extremely happy with! Professional quality and they even threw in free stickers + a coin for their 5 year anniversary. Eager to see their upcoming drops!

Love everything i got.

i picked up a pair of wardog cargos and a couple speed zips, everything was really high quality, i was surprised because it was all priced super fairly. Def will be back!

Great quality and super affordable!

I got my son 2 Speed zip ups and a few tee shirts for school, he was very happy with everything and had been asking us to purchase from here for a while. Shipping took a couple weeks but the support team was super communicative and helpful! We will be back for sure!

Terrible customer service!

I placed an order for two shirts from this company on April 4th, 2025. For the first three months, I received no updates at all. After reaching out by email, they responded saying I could either get a refund or wait longer, estimating another two to four weeks. Since I still wanted the shirts, I agreed to wait.

A couple months later, I still hadn’t heard anything. In August, they emailed again saying the shirts were finally coming in and would ship out within a couple of days. That gave me the impression my order was finally being fulfilled, but that never happened.

Months continued to pass with no shipment. This is especially frustrating because I had previously ordered two hoodies from them, and even those took around three to four months to ship. At least those eventually arrived. This time, it has now been about a year and I have received neither the shirts nor a refund. I’ve continued trying to email them, but now they won’t respond at all.

I really wanted to support this company because I liked their clothing, but the lack of communication, broken promises, and failure to deliver or refund after a year is unacceptable. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I ordered a button up hoodie and a speed zip up, was super happy with the quality and how fast everything came. These were great for the winter and definitely will be shopping again.

non-existent customer service, bordering on fraud

Team reached out promptly after I posted this review. After providing my order number, I had to reach out constantly for updates. I received a notice that my order was canceled on 2/24, then on 2/26 I got a message from the team that they’ll let me know on 3/2 if there is a clear timeline for delivery on the order. You guessed it, no update, so I reached out for clarity and a refund confirmation. To my surprise, the refund was processed on 2/24, BEFORE they told me that they’d let me know if my order would be shipped out. They said the refund would clear by Monday 3/9. It is 3/12 and the refund has not processed. I now have to reopen a dispute with my bank.
Do not order from this company.
Really cool concept & loved supporting a small business but there is 0 communication regarding shipping / product delays. Ordered a hoodie as a christmas present on Black Friday. There was some issue with importing materials which is fine, although the company didn’t tell us this, we had to reach out multiple times to find out where the order was and why it hadn’t arrived when it was due. It’s nearly the end of February and the team hasn’t provided any updates on an estimated shipping date. My brother (who said gift was for) had some luck getting information / delayed responses from their discord. Regular emails & instagram dm’s go unanswered whilst they actively post on social media. If the product is actually in stock, it’s worth the purchase. But I would highly advise against placing any orders that are not ready to ship & I would recommend using your credit card so that if you also wait 3 months to find out what’s going on, disputing the charge is less of a headache. Hope you guys turn things around & get it together.

No clothes and no refund (Issue resolved)

I originally ordered some stuff back in June; I've waited for 6 months and haven't received anything. I then requested a refund on their Discord server over a month ago. Their staff told me I would get my money back after 7-10 days, but I didn't. It now has been 38 days, and there is still nothing on my bank account. Now they are ghosting me and haven't answered my ticket or my mails.

Edit: My issue has been taken care of instantly, and I have received my money. They even offered a free hoodie for the inconvenience. If anyone has problems regarding their order, I can really recommend checking out their Discord; They'll help you there!

Amazing quality

Amazing quality. I honestly cant believe how low the prices are. Its like nothing you can find in stores. Designs are fire and they're original. Top tier for sure.
