been waiting since August

I've been waiting since August. (its the end of january) Been promised multiple different dates. I found that my help suddenly stopped over email but found quick help in their discord server. They've offered me a free hoodie for the delay along with the refund so they do make up for the delays and mistakes well. Refund is pending and i havent recieved the hoodie yet so i'll update once i get them both :). Can say i've been quick to update my review as i was replied to very quickly after writing here and on discord. If you run into any problems, i highly reccomend the employees or helperd (idrk) on discord server :)

I ordered a zip-up on December 3rd of 2025. It was not sold out at that time, and it said it would ship in a few weeks. However, it never shipped, so I decided to send an email after New Year's and ask about it. They never replied, so I sent another email a week later. Still, I got no response, and I had to go through my bank to get my money back.

Edit: After leaving this review, Synical finally reached out to me! It seems that they want to take credit for cancelling my order and giving me a refund, but I had no option to cancel my order and received zero communication from them. Yikes.

This order was refunded to you and it was confirmed via email, refunds take 7-10 business days to pay out as per shopify's policy.

edit: the order was refunded the same day you sent us an email, we resent you the cancellation notice today to ensure you were notified.

Ordered mid November as a Christmas…

Ordered mid November as a Christmas present and they kept telling me they had trouble with the shipment process. Then after another month of no news I wrote again and again with no reply if u look at there inst many people are also saying there orders have not arrived in the comments the fact that this company is on the shop app definitely tricked me into thinking this company was legit

03/03/26 - got even worse when they said that the order would arrive finally on the 10th of feb which it never did then after being ghosted finally I just want a refund which they send me an email saying my order has been refunded. But it hasn’t and it’s now been another 2 weeks with no more info. Pls synical if u see this give me back my money

There are no comments on our instagram stating that there orders have not arrived. We stated that we had a backlog of orders due to holiday traffic and we're shipping them out as soon as possible. Our business has shipped out over 50k orders lifetime. We reached out to you via email asking for your order number but did not receive a response. If you respond to our email we will look into the inquiry and gladly reship/refund the order for you!

I received my refund

My order was canceled and I received my refund

I ordered a jacket for a Christmas gift. I still haven't received it 7 weeks later. When I sent emails asking when it would be received I was told that they were waiting for a supply from their supplier but that I could cancel anytime. I finally cancelled 12 days ago and got an immediate reply that my order was cancelled, I would receive an email confirming the refund in 2-3 days and I would see the credit on my account in 7-10 days. I have not had the email or the credit. When I send an email I don't get any response.

Customer service sucks

The quality of the clothes I received was very good but is it worth it??? Delivery takes a long time!!, there are orders that are lost and never arrive, customer service sucks, they take a long time to respond and also do not solve your problem, they try to give store credit and make problems to return the money, very good clothes but I prefer not to have problems!!!

Synical global is a brand I recently…

Synical global is a brand I recently discovered last year and have been hooked on since. The quality of the clothes is top tier with more then fair prices. The main issue I see people complain about is shipping times, but it has greatly improved and Dan is always a big help with order issues in his discord. Also has a great reward system where you can earn points to use for future discounts, when most other brands don’t do anything. In all a great brand that has amazing clothes and a great community.

I’ve been buying synical since 2021 I genuinely love the brand they’re always dropping heat the only problem is the wait times but that’s not really the brands fault just the manufacturer but they’ve been recently moving from preorder to premade so wait times should be getting way better they’re only going up from here

Great clothing, Slow delivery.

The brand overall, is great. Clothing quality and design is all very great and I have always been impressed. My biggest and only complaint is the delivery time. I've been waiting 6 months for one order and 3 months for two others. I've reached out many times and have been promised "Delivery Times" in the manner of "That should be shipped out Tuesday," etc.. Yet 6 months down the line nothing has changed. But overall the clothing in itself self is amazing and the owner is great at communication with the community.

Been buying from this brand for a long time now, everything I own from it is very high quality and always meets expectations. On top of that the brand owner himself loves to interact with his community often making it feel like not just a brand, but a family.

I've been buying clothing from Synical for over 5 years and not once have I had any inconveniences or even anything as small as a shipping delay. The owner is very nice and responsive to any questions or concerns I have about my orders. Awesome people behind the team!

3 Years of Syn and ongoing !

I have been buying from synical for the better half of 3 years now and I confidently say that they’re an awesome brand. The quality of their clothing is extremely good for the price and their customer service is outstanding. Will happily continue buying from here.

Quality never disappoints

Quality never disappoints, I wear at least one piece a day and I love them. Although shipping can take some time it is in no way the brands fault. Customer service is top notch and will leave you satisfied every time. 10/10 Would recommend.

Best clothing brand out there

There's lots of complaints about the wait times, but it's always worth the wait. Best place to get help with an order would be their discord, team is always helpful and responsive. Every item from Synical I've gotten has been immaculate quality and never disappointed me.

Backpack replacement

On October 18, 2024 I had bought a backpack from them which I had received within 2 weeks from the date of purchase, I had stored it in my closet until I graduated as I had planned to use it for college. Recently, in august of 2025, Right before college started I had taken it out and noticed that one of the pockets was broken just as I was opening it and so I decided to contact them asking if it can easily be fixed. I was told that it can get replaced free of charge and so it did, Received said replacement within a month and all is good. ❤️ great service

Top Tier brand

the quality is always on point, and the drops keep me coming back every time. One of the few brands that stays consistent and keeps delivering every time. also keeps the community updated with what’s to come in the future, overall one of my favorites.
