only use if you want to get fined by a tax office. I've got 450 euros in penalties with them and an absolute hell of a customer "support".

Quick & easy process
My accountant, Hannah, made the process really smooth by answering all my questions promptly and with the right amount of detail - not complicating anything unnecessarily! Once I'd completed my bookkeeping, the filing process was quick and easy, and everything was delivered straight to my account area to download. Can recommend!

Accountant dis not help me get best…
Accountant dis not help me get best option .Never asked me about expenses just got cis statement and pay slips and said this i what you are due .
I am not an accountant so would like advice on if I can claim for other items .
Its just not personal to the client.They been payed up front so not interested in making you the best return

Value for money but it has its frustrations
Been with them 3 years. Their accountants are excellent - only one didn't turn up and I got a replacement in a few days. My experience with customer service has been patchy, one (Brittany) was surprisingly incredibly rude. I find their bank link and automated bookkeeping unusable but that might be me. All in all, Taxfix is value for money but it has its frustrations.
