Taxi Stockholm Avis 

Hade en bokning från Arlanda mitt i natten, men de hade tabbat sig och fanns ingen bil. Väldigt surt att stå och vänta på någon som inte kommer.

Jag åker regelbundet med Taxi Stockholm och är alltid mycket nöjd. Åker både korta och långa resor. De är alltid i tid, trevliga och professionella. Idag åkte jag kl 20:45 hemifrån och trots avspärrningar pga Halvmaran kom vi snabbt och smidigt fram till Gamla Stan, ingen enkel körning.

A brilliant taxi service. I've used them for three years. Always on time, courteous drivers, safe driving. And there is an option to book a pet friendly car. Probably a little more expensive than Uber, but I found them unfailingly reliable. Easy to use app that works with non-Swedish phone numbers. Recommended.

Bokade fast pris från Värtahamnen i appen ändå lade de på 32 kr för hamnavgift. Dvs Taxi Stockholm luras.
Dock trevlig taxichaufför som sa att jag var lågt ifrån den första som blev arg.

Jobbigt när man beställer en taxi och det tar hur lång tid som helst innan den kommer och sen kör vad som måste vara en omväg…

We ordered a taxi for 7:00 to the airport, it’s currently 7:30 and whenever they get around to answering the phone, we have been told constantly that the taxi is 10 minutes away,

Update, it has just arrived and despite us telling them that we needed an XL to take the bike bag, they have sent a smaller cab which it cannot fit.

Moral of this story is, do not try taxi Stockholm if your trip is urgent

Förboka INTE med Taxi Stockholm! Det enda som sker är att de börjar leta taxi en kvart före utsatt tid och hittar de ingen skickar de ett meddelande till dig som anger att bilen är sen. Och hoppas att hitta en taxi som vill ta körningen. Jag hade en förbokad, accepterad tid till 04.00 till Arlanda och enligt chauffören som kom 04.26 hade han fått körningen 04.11?!! Om jag själv hade börjat leta taxi kl 03.45 hade jag kunnat vända mig till olika bolag och det hade aldrig blivit ett problem. Bara ett tips!!

Åkte ikväll med taxi id 000792, förare 520361, och det var den trevligaste och gladaste man kan åka med. Tack för att ni har så bra personal

Made 3 phone calls to confirm trip to airport . Confirmed by phone and given a confirmation number. No taxi came - i rang to chase and waited 30 minutes in a queue fir an answer and then the operator said they could not help
me and had no idea if a taxi was on its way . Absolutely useless service and top end prices .

Scam; beware the Taxi drivers in Stockholm are the most dishonest at european level. The swedish autority don't even have an email where to report it

We booked a week in advance to be picked up at Arlanda to go to central Stockholm. Message on landing (from no reply address) to say our taxi would be delayed and wait for next message. That was too weeks ago. No, we´re not still at the airport, we got an Uber.

Åkte från Segeltorp till Hammarby hamn med en jätte trevlig chaufför. God service o trevlig. Tyvärr tog jag inte namn. 30/4 kl 13.30 åkte vi.

Taxi stockholm är det enda taxibolaget som går att använda i Stockholm. Alla andra taxiföretag är en katastrof. Åker bara med Taxi Stockholm

5 seconds after leaving the taxi I realize i forgot a pair of shoes. Calling the switch board immedistely they anwer and then put you on hold for 25 minutes. After this delay they "offer" you to ask driver to return to you with the meter runnig. Extra cost for me some 360 sek. If they would have called the car from the switch board the matter would have been solved within 1 minut at no cost. I would have expected more from Taxi Sthlm. Next time I will go for uber or any other taxi operator.

Dont go with Alish taxi, it’s fake and he lied about being a normal taxi then made us pay 5 times the normal price. He is standing in front of taxis showing you the way. Then saying the electric cars are park in a different area. Unfortunately we thought this was not even possible in Sweden, but there is a gap in the law that makes it possible for them to charge what they want. So be careful and only go with the big companies!!!

Hej jag var mitt i skogen och beställde en taxi för att jag skulle ta mig in till stan. men efter 8 timmars väntan så kom Abdulghani med en vit skåpbil. i baksätet där jag satt var det 8 små filurer som satt fast i kedjor och var helt nakna. jag pratade med en av dem han sa att Abdulghani var en våldtäktsman med mycket stor snabel.

helt ok körning, men störigt när de inte håller tider!
