I would have given them 5 stars if I didn't have to mess around figuring out how to log in to the Macbook since they hadn't erased the data before shipping it. I ended up ringing them and they told me how to sort it.

Not a good experience
I got tricked by the positive reviews, I’m usually a backmarket customer for my refurb tech, I wanted to try this place out.
I ordered 9am, next day delivery which was important due to work, no correspondence after I paid, no replies to emails asking for tracking, had to call up and then be told that they don’t have what I ordered.
Whoever I spoke to on the phone could not care less, didn’t give me a timeframe as to when it would be available, so I was forced to cancel and go back to backmarket, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for communication and reliability.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience, however we feel this review does not accurately reflect what happened.
An order confirmation was successfully sent when the order was placed, and we have no record of any emails from you requesting tracking information prior to your cancellation request. The only emails we received were sent after you had already decided to cancel the order.
When you contacted us, we explained that your machine had already been prepared for dispatch. The only reason for the delay was that we were unhappy with the condition of the keyboard allocated to the order. Rather than sending something below our standards, we chose to order a brand-new replacement keyboard.
We also proactively emailed you to advise there would be a one-day delay while we waited for the new keyboard to arrive, as we wanted to ensure you received a product that met our quality standards.
At that point, you requested cancellation, which we processed immediately. Your refund was issued within minutes of your request.
While we understand delays can be frustrating, we believe taking an extra day to ensure the accessories met our quality standards was the right thing to do, and we're sorry this wasn't reflected in your experience.

Excellent Company
This company has a bewildering choice of Tech Goods. This is the second time I’ve bought from the. It’s impossible to discern that the goods have been pre-owned.
The description is spot on, and their delivery could not be bettered. I ordered late on a Sunday night, my purchase was dispatched on Monday and I received it before 10.30am on Tuesday. A very reasonable price as well! Definitely will use them again.

Quick turn around with next day delivery. Managed to upload my apps and docs via QuickTime backup, upgraded iOS and reset Aussie time - up, up and away.

Mac sent back and repaired.
The 27" Mac with 2TB storage was sent, but after downloading the Sequoia operating system, as advised, the storage was full and I could not upload files from my old Mac. I sent back the full-up computer, and it was returned, repaired within a week, everything working as advertised, and I am using it now.

WARNING: Think twice before purchasing from this company.
My order has still not been delivered after more than six weeks, and despite numerous attempts to contact them, communication has been virtually non-existent. No updates, no resolution, and no customer service.
Delays can happen, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. I have now been forced to request a refund due to the lack of response and failure to deliver.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would strongly recommend others look elsewhere.
