Excellent Service and Support
We bought a reconditioned Apple iMac Retina 5K - 27" - Intel Core i5 - 3.4GHz - 16GB - 1TB Fusion (refurbished) running Ventura from Tech Trade. The device arrived quickly and in good condition (despite some damage to the outer packaging). We had an issue with the set-up that required a password we didn't have. Support was great, answered my call swiftly and offered an immediate work around that was successful. This is a great firm, we will definitely use them again and thoroughly recommend them.

Having used Apple pc's for over 16…
Having used Apple pc's for over 16 years I finally had to admit defeat when my 2019 iMac started to fail. I found Tech Trade online and contacted them re the Macs they have for sale and was advised which would be the best replacement. A discount was offered, order placed and refurbished iMac arrived the next day. It was very well packaged in an original box with matching keyboard and mouse and worked straight away - copying from the old machine to the new one was straightforward and I was up and running the same afternoon. Excellent service and very knowledgeable sales team. Can definitely recommend Tech Trade.

iMac delivered with wrong OS loaded
iMac delivered with the Catalonia OS loaded not Sequoia which is what I ordered and paid for. Migration Assistant would not work until my contractor wiped the loaded system and downloaded Sequoia. The whole process including a conversation with Tech.Trade added 2 hours to the migration process. While Tech.Trade acknowledged this was their error they have made no attempt to compensate me for the time and inconvenience of sorting out their error other than to have the unit back. Having overcome the issue with an IT contractor the iMac seems to be operating normally. When you order double check you are getting the right OS loaded on the machine.

Purchased a "Gold Standard" refurbished…
Purchased a "Gold Standard" refurbished iMac from Tech Trade in May 2026.
A pleasant, knowledgeable, young man in their Customer service navigated
me through the most suitable options for my specified requirements on their website.
I placed an online order for next day delivery and the parcel arrived at 09:00hrs by UPS the following day.
Unfortunately, the iMac had 2 sizeable chips on the side of the Glass screen next to the frame.
I telephoned Tech Trade and again, received simple and no fuss response, and was instructed how to return the item and informed that the replacement was due for delivery 2 days later.
The replacement was received in good condition, despite some greasy finger marks on the screen. The return was simple and uncomplicated.
However, I was told that I would receive an upgrade in RAM due to the inconvenience of having to return the orginal iMac but the replacement appears to be of the exact same specification as the original iMac ordered, but is sufficient for my basic requirements.
I would recommend Tech Trade for their excellent customer service and uncomplicated ordering process and return.
However, would ask them to review their quality control before despatching items.
I was weary of buying items unseen, online but

We're sorry that your original iMac slipped through our quality control with damage that shouldn't have been present on a Gold Standard machine. That's certainly not the standard we aim to deliver, and we'll be reviewing this with our refurbishment team to help prevent it happening again.
