Refurbished iMac
I have used an Apple iMac for several years and decided to buy a replacement. I looked on various websites for a new iMac with similar specs and when I saw the prices, there was a very sharp intake of breath. In the current financial climate I decided to research buying a refurbished iMac. In the various reports and articles that I read ‘Tech Trade’ was always featured and they had a good reputation for supplying very good refurbished iMacs. When I telephoned ‘Tech Trade’ they were very helpful in advising the type of iMac that would be suitable for the work I do. The following week ‘Tech Trade’ telephone me to say that had refurbished one of the iMacs that we had discussed. I paid for it over the telephone and it arrived 2 days later securely packed with a one year warranty. I am delighted as I have been using the new iMac since I set up it up and transferred the documents and files I wanted from the old iMac. A few days ago I had an upgrade of the new operating system - Golden Gate - so I am now completely up to date. I recommend ‘Tech Trade’ without hesitation. I feel I have got an iMac that works just as good as a new one for less than half the price of a new one.

An excellent computer from a great company.
The iMac arrived very quickly and was securely wrapped and I soon had it up and running. It is in excellent condition and runs the latest Apple OS, which is what I needed. As such I am delighted with my purchase and can wholeheartedly recommend buying from Tech Trade.

I found a good laptop for a really…
I found a good laptop for a really reasonable price for my son. Unfortunately it didn't work out as he needed it for A levels and therefore required google chrome. The laptop's spec was too old to get google chrome on it so I contacted the Tech.Trade team to see if they could suggest a solution. Ryan was on it straight away and found me a smaller but more up to date laptop for a slight increase in price. The swap was arranged for 3 days later. Everything went smoothly and we now have possession of the conveniently, smaller but more efficient MacAir Book. Thank you Tech.Trade and specifically Ryan B. for a great customer service experience.

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry the MacBook did not meet your expectations, but we would like to clarify the suggestion that you have received no communication from us.
We responded to all of your emails during our normal working hours. The only messages that did not receive an immediate response were sent on Friday night and Saturday night, when our office is closed.
When you requested to return the MacBook for a refund, we arranged a courier collection for you. The collection date was subsequently rearranged three times at your request before the device was eventually returned to us on Friday.
The MacBook was then processed and your full refund was issued this morning, before we had even seen this review.
We completely understand that the MacBook wasn't right for you, and that's why we arranged the return and refund as requested. However, we do feel it's important to clarify that we have remained in communication throughout and acted promptly once the device was returned to us.

The AppleMac Pro was in very good condition. It was sold as having Monterey operating system but was only Catalina although Monterey could be download.

Although the Mac is compatible with Monterey and can be updated, we appreciate that if Monterey was advertised as the operating system provided, it should have arrived with it already installed.
