Very good tech
Booking repair very easy on the app. No issues at all. Booking a repair on kerb side takes 2 weeks to get a spot

Dpd was terrible
Dpd was terrible. Driver could not read the numbers. Attempted delivery to the wrong house , took photo of the wrong house and notified us that we missed him. We arranged our schedules around this delivery but Hashir let us down. Dpd customer service, terrible.

I’d smashed my phone screen and was feeling poorly so left it for a day or so before calling. The chap who answered was so friendly and the process was completely straightforward and phone was repaired that day.
