Outstanding Work by Marcos.

Had issue with contacting likewize but…
Had issue with contacting likewize but then I was told to go through my bank and issue was resolved whereby I had my device fixed by the Apple Store instead of third party

I did claims before and always get good looking phones with 100% battery life . This time I received a phone with 85% .

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the battery health of your replacement device, Apple are happy to provide devices with a battery health of 80%, however, we provide devices with a battery health of 85% or over. If there are any issues with the functionality of your device your replacement does come with a 24 month warranty for peace of mind.
