Simple and easy to book repairs, the cost of the excess is fair and reasonable.
The man who came and did my phone repair was friendly and polite.
He had had a cancellation and was running early, he rang to ask if it was possible to come sooner, I was having lunch with friends at a pub minutes away from home so he came to me instead, and fixed my phone whilst I sat and ate lunch, which actually was a big help to me for the rest if the day. Really appreciated this.

Doorstep replacement of my inner screen on the Samsung fold 7 made it so easy for me. Phone was gone for an hour and came back looking brand new! really pleasant interaction with the Engineer too!

Very fast claim process but got the generic black phone as a replacement for my Awesome Lavender which obviously you pay extra for the colour would like to have been a like for like replacement

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Kelvin De Sousa, who came to fix my phone.
Kelvin was punctual, professional, and extremely courteous throughout the entire visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue and clearly explained what needed to be done, which gave me great confidence in his expertise. The repair was carried out efficiently and with great attention to detail.
What stood out most was Kelvin’s patience and willingness to answer my questions. He made sure everything was fully tested and working perfectly before leaving, ensuring I was completely satisfied with the service.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated and skilled professionals. Kelvin truly represents outstanding customer service, and I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of phone repair support.

I had a charging port issue on my Samsung S24 Ultra, the technician who came to my house was incredibly helpful and fixed the issue outside my home and incredibly fast too

I have been trying to register my claim for the past 6 days using the phone number but it's been frustrating and causing me a lot of distress because its gets to a point and say I cannot continue, can't I speak or make claim through an advisor, customer care service , it's just frustrating and my gadjet is still there faulty.

I paid for Barclays Tech Insurance for four years without making any claims. When I eventually lost my phone, I was shocked by the service I received.
First, I had to pay £150 for the replacement. Then I had to wait over a month to receive it.
On top of that, the replacement phone was not brand new — it was a used/refurbished device. I was told they only provide used phones, not new ones.
After years of paying premiums, this was extremely disappointing. The long delay and receiving a used phone after paying £17.50 a month does not feel like good value for money.
