Great personalized service and top notch phone!
I saw an ad for a Galaxy S4 Mini which I was looking for. Contacted the seller (Hannah @ TechTwice) and she immediately sent me several high resolution photos. Great photos. Only problem was, I couldn't visit their store because of conflicts with my own job.
So Hannah took the phone off Craigslist and offered several other options to purchase the phone, including shipping it to me, which we ultimately did. The phone has a 14 day return policy so no worries there.
The phone arrived exactly as promised, looking practically new. Plus it worked with Verizon immediately. Honestly, the most pleasant phone transaction ever.

Easy to sell Samsung
Since I live close to the TechTwice location I decided to stop by and take care of it in person. It took less than 5 minutes to sell my phone and walk out with cash. Super easy and great customer service.

I think your service was near perfect - the value offered for my phone was higher than other companies, procedures were clear, and follow up from your support person was a nice touch. The deposit to my PayPal account was quick and accurate. Could not have asked for much more.

All I can say is quit wasting time looking for the best place to sell your old smartphone... TechTwice is the answer!
I had two iPhones to sell and I didn't want to risk getting robbed meeting a buyer from Craigslist and didn't want to wait around for an eBay auction to finally end.
Looking around the Internet I stumbled across a post that mentioned TechTwice. I had never heard of them so I went to their website and was very pleased with their offer for my iPhones. Being a little afraid to just drop two iPhones in the mail, I researched them a little and I never found anything negative on them. So, I took a chance and I'm glad I did!
The entire process was smooth, from the quotes to the pre-paid FedEx shipping to the wonderful communication to the quick deposit of funds in my PayPal account.
What else could I possibly want from a company?

Amazing company!
They gave the best price I could find.....had personal communication and they even sent me a thank you note! Doesn't get any better than this and it felt good to have the phone recycled.
