The order was delivered in a box with nice tissue paper inside and presented well also it arriving in good time after placing the order.

It's so nice to finally find a reliable source for tea, especially one able to ship within the UK. Finding good matcha and houjicha for sale in the uk is like looking for a needle in a haystack, but finally I can recommend a reliable source for flavourful high quality teas that can also ship from the UK opposed to importing via less reliable means from Japan etc.

I'm so very happy with my purchase, and will be very glad to order more in the near future when some of the other items I've been eyeing up come back into stock. :)

Great experience, I ordered to a wrong address but it was very quickly corrected with an email! And the products were amazing, top quality Matcha!

Really nice toasty flavoured hojicha. I have been using this to make hojicha latte, as it's a bit lower in caffeine than matcha. I really enjoy the flavour of this, I will buy it again.

Second order from this incredible company. Exceptional quality Japanese teas, unavailable anywhere else in the UK. Everything beautifully packaged and presented. A taste not just of Japanese tea but also Japanese hospitality and customer service.

Amazing customer service as usual. There was an issue with the parcel tracking not updating and Charlie chased it up and kept me up to date. Lots of weirdness happened with Royal Mail returning to sender (twice!), which was sorted and I did get my tea. The tea was delicious so it was worth the wait. I can't fault the customer service from Tencha!
