Truly great Matcha & Outstanding Customer service!
I bought two different different types of matcha; The Izumo Seicha: Izumo Ceremonial Matcha and the Azuma Tea Garden: Wazuka no Mukashi Matcha. However, after I checked out I never got an order confirmation. I then got in contact with Tencha on the weekend to ask about my order and I had a reply within such a short time where they helped me figure out my order, which I received shortly afterwards. Not only is the Matcha truly great the fantastic customer service was such a positive experience for me that I would purchase from them anytime again. Can fully recommend this company.

Great tea kit!
I purchased excellent tea from Tencha last year. The latest purchase was a lovely Sakura bark tea scoop & a set of 3 Susutake Wagashi picks (pretty hard to source in the UK) for home-made Yokan. Great price & fast secure shipping.
