A new, modern way to rent a car…
The remote pickup/drop off was a breeze. The car drove wonderfully. Liked having a personal contact for support (Kay was awesome). Would highly recommend and will use for all of my rental services in the future.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Cheaper than a non electric traditional car from one of the traditional big rental companies. Their prices surge and increase in park periods like the Fourth of July wkend. Plus teslarents were able to deliver the car to my door for a small price. Insignificant compared to the cost of traveling to a place re time and inconvenience it would of been.

My thoughts about the process
My thoughts about the process, it was really easy to check out and upload your license, the process to identify yourself is quick and easy. Finding the cars location was a bit of a challenge but once I found it getting in the car and driving was really easy. The automated process from checkout to driving the car away was super easy and convenient. The PIN to start the car is a great idea. Would use again in the future. Thank you.

Lovely first time experience

The only place to rent from!
This couldn’t have been an easier and more amazing experience. The team is kind, they gave a gift card to Starbucks as a thank you for renting Sonic (Model 3, long range). The system to setup the rental is completely automated and easy to do. The car drove amazing and was super clean. They are honest and returned my deposit as soon as the car was returned. Will only rent from them anytime I need a car when in LA.
Edwin and Mark were the best and easiest to work with.
