I rented a Tesla for my oldiest son on Father's Day. And what do you know? I saw a Red Tesla waiting for me when i got there my FAVORITE color. The car was super clean and ready to go. Absolutely beautiful. I tell you we had the Best Time of our Iives. My son said it was the best Father's Day he ever had. Thank You Tesla for making our day and rental the best day ever. Car was nice can't wait to rent it again..

For the last two years I along with my son’s friends had to persuade him to attend his senior prom. The battle was won with the promise of a Tesla to ride in for the event. Near the date of the prom, finding a Tesla to rent was becoming very difficult until a friend suggested Teslarents.com. Once on the site, finding the specific vehicle he wanted was easy, a black Model X with butterfly doors. I booked the car with ease and because it was so easy I called to make sure that everything was complete. The representative was very patient, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. The online instructions were simple to follow and picking up the car was even easier and completely hands off, no waiting and no additional paperwork. The return process was just a simple (I called again just to make sure I did everything right) and again the rep was very nice. I would definitely rent another Tesla from the Teslarents in Jersey City, NJ again. My son and I sincerely thank you all for a great experience. It was breathtaking to see him smile as big and as long as he did when his dream car pulled up to get him.

Great experience driving this super clean model 3. Checking in was fast and easy. Way better to get a rental from here than any major company and will defenectly book another time.

On June 3rd I had a reservation for a Tesla model S in Las Vegas Nevada,I had an appointment for 11AM went to the location around 10:50 and there was no Tesla .I was waiting there for half an hour trying to get in touch with someone. Around 11:30 a lady called me saying that something happened and they were gonna be late 1 hour . We arranged that someone is going to bring the car to my hotel .I went back in my room and someone texted me that right now they are taking the car for detailing and after that charging.It’s already 1pm 2 hours after the initial appointment,a lady calls me saying she is on her way and she can meet me at the front of the hotel in 5 min. Me and my girlfriend went there ,the car arrived the lady jumped out of the car and left without explaining anything.when I got into the car I saw that the car is not fully charged in fact it was half charged. We were gonna go to Death Valley which is 110miles away ,for fully charged Tesla low range this is not a problem because it’s only 220-250 miles round trip.I figured that I’m gonna charge the car a little since there are charging stations along the way. When I stopped for charging I opened the trunk and saw that there is no adapter for charging the car on regular charging stations,I was shocked.I found a regular outlet and tried to charge it there with the Tesla charging cable ,there was an issue,the car couldn’t recognize the cable and I wasn’t able to charge it ,I was stuck in the middle of nowhere.The people who were supposed to help me were going around and around with text messages for 3 hours,my girlfriend got sick and was feeling really bad in the heat.Although I payed for Insuarance I ended up calling a tow truck which costed me 800$ .So I payed over 200$ for the car which arrived not charged 50$ for Insuarance and 800$ for tow truck.

I was offered 50% refund on my rental and 250$ credit for future rentals which i won’t ever need for sure.

Fantastic experience. Mark and Elena were a joy to work with. Pick-up and drop-off was so easy and seamless. We rented the Model 3 and it was clean both inside and out, not to mention a ton of fun to drive. We’ll definitely be renting again in the future!

Just like the Tesla vehicle, this is a wonderfully unique experience. I was a little uncomfortable with how the rental process works but all worked as promised. Great car and customer experience.

This was my first time driving a Tesla. The staff helped me every step of the way. Quick to respond as well. They kept in touch and gave me little tips along the way. I really appreciated it. The car was great and once you get used to the hi-tech features it’s really great. I will definitely rent again. Better deal and price than Turo. And for the most part you save on using your own credit card or car insurance as opposed to using Turo’s (high rates for base or premium). Hertz and other big brand rental companies barely have any Tesla’s available as well and other brands price Teslas at a daily rate comparable to a fancy foreign sports car.
