There was no indication, when ordered online, that there would be a delay in shipping. After 5 days passed, I finally called for order status. 2 days ago, I was told "it will ship tomorrow". As of this writing, I don't know if it shipped or not.

The order process was quick and easy. I contacted customer service twice because this was my first time ordering and I had questions on the process and Nicole was amazing. She answered my questions quickly and thoroughly and made me feel very comfortable about my purchase.

Slow and terrible customer service, do not respond to mails.
SCAM!!! They have not sent the items or issued any refund and will not respond to anything.
I ordered 3 items. Only one came. I sent multiple emails, called multiple times, and used their online chat messenger to try and resolve the issue. The only response I ever received was on the messenger, but they told me told hold while they check on the order and never responded.
The transaction was fine
The transaction was fine, the email spam from the sales rep is not. I left an item in my cart without completing the transaction the first time (I had questions for my internal customer) and received repeated emails from the seller regarding my cart, did I need help completing the transaction, and I got another one just like it after I did complete the transaction.
I consider this spam, it is a pushy sales tactic, it is annoying and takes attention away from important items, and it is enough to make me not want to buy from the organization again. My advice is to not waste your customer's time.
