Thankyou

I had an appiontment with an hearing specailist at Robert Frith in Crewkerne. This lady was through and really helpful. I have a blocked right ear and she kept me informed of what she was doing at all times and sent a letter to my GP which was actioned the next day. I have had 2 previous appiontments with a member of my GP practice and was fobbed off both times.
Absolutely amazing lady.

I have been wearing them for one week never had hearing aids before

5 Star Service

My experience with The Hearing Care Partnership ( Muswell Hill N10 ) was entirely Positive.

Shivali Chayda, the audiologist was polite, professional, friendly and helpful. I felt like my hearing had been assessed thoroughly by somebody who was passionate about their job.

I'd also note that at no point did I feel I was pushed to purchase any of the hearing services or devices.

At Bridport Hearing Centre 09.30…

At Bridport Hearing Centre 09.30 25/02/26,
Prompt and pleasant attention, however the ear wax removal was very unpleasant, very noisy, my Tinitus is now much louder (no cure) hoping for it to ease.
The disorientation has eased.
Despite the ears being cleared of wax many times over my years, this by far my worst experience.
I no longer know the best way forwards, just hoping for time to ease my problems.
Unless a way forwards is known.

We are genuinely sorry to hear that your recent ear‑wax removal procedure was uncomfortable and that it has resulted in a temporary increase in your tinnitus and disorientation. We fully appreciate how distressing this must be, especially given that you have undergone wax removal many times in the past without similar difficulty.

Your feedback is important, and we want to reassure you that what you experienced is not the outcome we aim to deliver. Microsuction can sometimes be noisy and, in some ears, may temporarily aggravate tinnitus, which is why we ensure that this is covered as part of the consent taking as no procedure is not without risks. Yet it should not leave you feeling uncertain about your way forward. We are pleased to hear the disorientation has already eased, and we sincerely hope your tinnitus settles over the coming days.

We are keen to support you with the next steps. We can see that you have an assessment appointment booked, during which we will review your ears, discuss more suitable or comfortable options for future care, and explore ways to help manage this recent tinnitus flare-up.

Matt came to see mom after an…

Matt came to see mom after an unsuccessful new hearing aid had been fitted and an unsatisfactory 2nd visit, months later when mom was still struggling.
He did a complete reassessment as the hearing aids software had not been correctly set up and some relevant clinical notes were absent.
On his return - mom now hears much better.
Subsequently Matt has contacted us several times to check all is well.
I would absolutely recommend Matt Baker for his professionalism, patience and prioritisation of patient care.

Great, reassuring experience

Alex was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, sharing all findings with me during the appointment.He listened carefully and patiently to all my questions, and took time with the answers and explanations, referring to the images of my inner ear.

Blocked ear resolution

I had a balance issue so I went to the Hearing Care Partnership to have my ears checked before going to the doctor's. The ear specialist I dealt with is called Rebecca.

Rebecca identified a piece of skin very close to my eardrum which shouldn't have been there. She took videos and sent them to the company's ear experts who recommended daily doses of ear cleaning fluid to see if it would remove the piece of skin. I had two follow-up appointments and was delighted to find at the second that the piece of skin was gone negating the need to do to see a doctor.

All of this (three appointments) cost me £25. The best £25 I've ever spent.

Rebecca was very friendly and professional.

Very poor response to webpage chat or telephone

Having been a customer of theirs previously before returning the item to them during their trial period, I have repeatedly requested they remove me from their mailing lists, all to no avail. When trying to call them today on the only number they publish I received no response. I then tried their webchat, and at the time of writing I have been on hold for approx 1hr with no response. Nobody seems to be monitoring their Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn accounts either. Eventually I resorted to emailing their Data Protection Officer who I think is outsourced. They kindly offered to get my issue referred to the correct person.

The audiologist,Qais

The audiologist,Qais, took endless time and care over several clinic attendances and a home visit to provide an excellent service. My husband, who has early dementia, finally had hearing aids he finds efficient and clear. We cannot speak highly enough of the service.

I met Elaine Clifford at DI Blow in Ilkeston for a tinnitus and earing test,Elaine explained everything in great detail and was very thorough,professional and friendly!

My audiologist , Louise Griffin is lovely in every way. She is very helpful , easy to talk to and I trust her advice. I have complete confidence in her and she doesn't push for a sale at all .

Louise was there to explain absolutely…

Louise was there to explain absolutely everything - including simple questions that I brought up. She took me through each stage - explaining how the hearing aids work, what I needed to do, how it helps to get into a routine with the hearing aids. There is still more to learn but so far Louise has made the whole process go smoothly. Her way of normalising the situation has been incredibly helpful. Anything new can be overwhelming. Louise was so calm and we just talked our way through the appointment. I’ve been wearing the hearing aids ever since!
