The rug I purchased is awful
The rug I purchased is awful. It’s so thin and flimsy, it crumples up all over the rug, the corners are all rolling up even after following the instructions.
I’m really unhappy with the rug, especially for the price.

Very slow delivery!!!!!
The two rugs are fab but l was under the impression they were next working day delivery. Wanted them for friends staying over. So Evri's delivery was very very slow. My friends came & went and the rugs followed after!!! Chose them deliberately for the next day delivery!!!!

What can I say?...this company is amazing
What can I say?...This company could teach bigger companies the true meaning of customer satisfaction and customer service. I had cause to email them wirh a question before my delivery and within a matter of hours, not days, they got straight back to me. When I revieved the rugs in my second order, sadly I had a problem with one of them, which I contacted them about. Again within a few hours I recieved a reply and they sorted it out immediately. I would have no problems recommending them to everyone, the quality of thier rugs is superb and as I say customer service speed put well known companies to shame. Keep up the excellent service.
