We ordered the larger rug and after…
We ordered the larger rug and after measuring the lounge, realised it would be too big! I immediately contacted someone from The Rugs via their online chat to see if I could cancel the order before it arrived as I didn’t want to waste time returning etc
They respinded right away and were so kind to cancel the order and refund me before even reveiving tbe rug back. This immediate action allowed me to order the size down which came within 2 days and fot the lounge perfectly!
The colour and quality are top notch and I will definitely use them again in the future mainly becuase of how great their customer service is! :)

The rug is shedding excessively and it’s hard to get them out of the carpet. The whole point was to buy from a reputable place so they don’t shed. Very disappointed!!
