We ordered the larger rug and after…
We ordered the larger rug and after measuring the lounge, realised it would be too big! I immediately contacted someone from The Rugs via their online chat to see if I could cancel the order before it arrived as I didn’t want to waste time returning etc
They respinded right away and were so kind to cancel the order and refund me before even reveiving tbe rug back. This immediate action allowed me to order the size down which came within 2 days and fot the lounge perfectly!
The colour and quality are top notch and I will definitely use them again in the future mainly becuase of how great their customer service is! :)

Excellent , surprisingly good value for money
The rugs is perfect , as nice as the photograph.
Delivery , perfect as was the packing.
My only comment is that the underlay netting does not hold the rug in place so I feel it was unnecessary and a waste of money.
However the rug was excellent value for money .

Fab rug for the price!
I buy a few rugs a year as I have 3 dogs. I wasn’t expecting much due to the price. Boy was I wrong! This run is lovely and soft, hoovers up great and looks great. Hadn’t shopped at The Rugs before but I will do from now on.

Arrived super fast. Love the colour price was great too. It is still settling down. With it being tightly rolled it is rather bumpy at the minute. My previous one was the same to begin with. It fluffs up lovely when hoovered. Love the warmth of the red coming in the door. Would recommend

Fabulous service great rug
Lovely company I ordered a rug and wasn’t sure of it when it arrived as I felt I may have made a mistake with the colour . I informed the company and they offered me a free return however once the rug had been down a day or two I really liked it so decided to keep it. They gave me a 10% refund anyway. The quality of the rug is really good and so soft underfoot.
