If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered two rugs, and I did not like the colours. I have been trying to arrange for them to collect them from my house. They arranged for Royal Mail to collect them. Once, they forgot to issue two different labels for the two different rugs. Then Royal Mail returned one rug back to me, stating the 120x 170 dimensions are too big. They have collected the other rug (150x 80 cm) from my house today, stating they will take it and give it a try, but even this might be too big. This company does not have a phone number. They can't even simply arrange to pick up two rugs as returns for a refund. They don't even understand what the dimension requirements are for Royal Mail to collect them. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards if they don't sort this mess out as a priority...I have evidence from Royal Mail as to why they could not deliver this rug back to THE RUGS. Hence, they have unfortunately returned it to me...My order number connected to this mess is 113545....A company that relies on text messages and still can't resolve the issue...Why can't they collect two rugs from my house...This company should compensate me for all the mess they are creating...They have ignored my text messages today too...

There was some delay due to the delivery company but it got sorted. Good customer service. Rug looks good, I expected better quality material and they offered return and full refund or 10% off and keep it, which is what I went with. Thank you!

As pictured but flea-ridden
The rug itself was initially nice, but was flea-ridden!
The fibres themselves are not of the highest quality, but the rug looks like the picture.
However, on closer inspection, I can see lots and lots of flea dirt buried in the fibres...

Delivery was quick
Delivery was quick , rug is lovely,quite thin but on top of a rug underlay it’s better. Would be better if it was rolled on a thick cupboard tube rather than just rolled as it leaves creases. My cat loves it too . Pattern and colours are nice and modern .

Impressed with Rug company
To place an order was very easy but sorry to say I had to cancel the order. This was dealt with very quick and professionally which I was very impressed with. I would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

The Shaggy Moroccan Dark Grey rug is…
The Shaggy Moroccan Dark Grey rug is more cream and grey and not like the photo on the website. However I do like the rug and couldn't be bothered with the inconvenience to request an exchange. As soon as I pointed out to customer service, they apologised and offered me a 15% refund. The rug is nice but not like the photo.
