Love. Love. Love my new sunglasses. They arrived this morning. Can’t believe how quick they got here. I’m going to recommend a shout out to everyone I know. Customer service is brilliant. I had a few questions I need to know before I place the order and they answered every single one promptly and correctly. Thank you and I’ll be wearing these on holiday next week in Ibiza.

Okay. I’m not going to go into all the details re my order. But need to say the following. I don’t know who Amy is at The Shades Company, if she’s the owner or just an employee. But a massive shout out to this woman, she went the extra mile and way beyond to appease an initial disgruntled customer I.e me. Who now will be coming back when I need more shades.
The glasses are awesome so is the quality. In my opinion forget the rest and come to these guys- I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

The best quality sunglasses that I have ever bought. The quality of the lenses is better than any of the competitor sunglass brands at that price point, you won't find good quality shades for that price anywhere else! Really really impressed.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from The Shade Hut and when they arrived, they’d been damaged in transit.

I emailed their customer service and spoke to a lady named Amy. I was meet with a warm welcome and empathy to the situation and was advised to ship the glasses back and a new pair would be sent, so I did.

A week went by and they’d not arrived (thanks Royal Mail DOH!). Amy again, was so pleasant, helpful and empathetic and because of the situation, regardless of them not having received the damaged glasses they shipped another pair, which arrived today and are perfect.

Massive thank you to Amy and all those a The Shade Hut. Not only are their products quality, so is their customer service.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a gold chain. I love how the chain compliments the glasses. The delivery was really fast too, within 24 hours from ordering (with free delivery) my sunglasses were in my post box waiting for me. The sunglasses are amazing, great quality. My experience with the shade hut was brilliant and I will definitely be ordering from them again

Having previously had glasses from this brand last summer it was time for an update. Really happy with the great new selection available. Super-quick delivery too. Very happy.

Was skeptical at first as I have never ordered from Shade hut before but pleasantly surprised. Super fast and efficient service providing excellent quality fashionable product that is truly value for money at only £30 in the sale! Tempted to treat myself to a second pair.

Great Experience with this company, super smooth website and easy to navigate all their different super stylish frames and lenses. Really happy with my choice of “Empire” shades they certainly get a lot of compliments! More than happy with my purchase, great product and service.

Update - after having difficulty contacting anyone to discuss wrong item delivered they really came through, contacted me back via email and sent out replacement at no extra charge. Only bit of advice would be maybe customer service number as email was obviously an issue at one point.

Just got my pair of Ibiza’s delivered today. Honestly can say they’re top quality, can’t say a bad word about them. Highly recommend🔥

I purchased a pair of ibiza sunglasses from the shade hut on wednesday 21/09/22 around 10am and included a message that i was travelling late saturday 24/09/22 and must have them by then and willing to pay for next day delivery. Even though they promise delivery in 1 to 3 days and same day dispatch. A day later my order was still not dispatched so i send a second message. Third day the same i sent third message and second email 5 in total. Not one single reply. Today 25/09/22 am abroad still no dispatch and no answer to my email and messages. The are the opposite to everything they advertise which makes me wonder about the authenticity of the positive feedback given to this cowboy company. So all of you out there that even think of buying from them think twice and be warned. When i return from my trip i will chase my refund and wipe the company out of my system.

When i came back from my holiday i found the shades were delivered.
I wish you just simply apologised anyone can make a mistake and i would of accepted it and praise you for that but what i hate most is liars. Everything i said in my review is true and i can proove it. I have your email few weeks after purchase saying your system was down and didnt see my emails and you are saying you sent me 2 replacement few days later. I did not believe you then and now you prooved me right. How can you lie like this. What i say i can proove. CAN you proove your lies ie proof of postage with my name and address. I dont think so cos it never happened. And as for your shade( can get the same from aliexpress for few pounds) went strait in the bin the tint is so dark couldnt see much. What a waste of my money.

After the odd issue with the order through no fault of the shade hut finally got my glasses and definitely worth the wait, great value for money would definitely recommend 👍

Had an issue with missing cleaning cloth and pouch but dealt with promptly by customer service. Sunglasses are good quality.

I ordered glasses the night before came back from work and they had arrived would highly recommend this company 100% and they have the best quality stuff 👌

Ordered a pair of glasses and arrived reasonable quickly. Noticed straight away that the glasses weren’t in any case and quote their web site at the time although I see this has now been changed “Includes cleaning cloth. Each pair of shades are delivered in a well protected box”. No cleaning cloth either and as the glasses weren’t protected there arrived with one bent arm. Received a refund quickly only after I had to pay for the item to be returned.
