Helen from the The Avenue made the process from booking a viewing to visiting the property and the follow up really easy and organised! Unlike most Estate Agent’s Helen actually made the house feel like a Home during the viewing which really made a difference.

I was really impressed by the service from Luke Thomas at The Avenue, it's unlike anything I've experienced before from a high street estate agent. The house presentation was superb as was the attention to detail. I just handed over the keys to Luke and left him to it.
I've now got a confirmed purchaser and the whole process is being handled for me with regular emails from Luke advising me on progress.

Natalie is a great sales person- very friendly and great to work with. She took every opportunity to source and follow up buyers and to answer queries- a very solution focused approach. The marketing was excellent and attracted a lot more viewings than other agents. Overall, 5 stars!
