Everything was so clear & well explained - I went away knowing exactly what I needed.

We originally sat on the market with another agent for 16 weeks. We had maybe 1 or 2 viewings a week where the ‘buyers’ clearly was not interested in our property. We began to lose faith and our new home was slipping away.

Our estate agent had excellent communication and replied quickly to any concerns or queries that we had through throughout the process. On day of completion, we received a lovely gift which we thought was a lovely touch.
