The Bed Supermarket 

An absolutely terrible service and no care for customer service what so ever. I ordered a bed in November that was delivered late and with the wrong draw lay out. You cannot contact them by phone and when you email as suggested it takes weeks for them to get back to you. I have been waiting since November to get my issues resolved Megan said she was dealing with the matter as priority but despite numerous chasing I have still not received a response back.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY SCAM YOU OUT OF MONEY AND YOU NEVER RECEIVE THE GOODS.WE CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THEM ON THE PHONE AND THE E-MAIL YOU GET BACK FROM THEM IS ALWAYS WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ORDER.DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GIVING YOUR MONY TO THIS SCAMMERS.

Very good company with up to date information. Very friendly and helpful. Great mattress and excellent sleeping. Highly recommend.

The two men who delivered/uplifted old mattress were efficient, courteous and did their job with care.

Absolutely shocking customer service!! I have been supplied a mattress which is not fit for purpose as it has very little support around the edges and is DANGEROUS!! However, The Bed Supermarket have now opted not to communicate with me. They have my money - I have a mattress which they will not take back! Appalling service. GO ELSEWHERE!

Completely shambolic organisation.
You should not trade with such practices. Im waiting for a refund for more than a month. It's not acceptable 😕

Waiting for refund. Defective mattress, still haven’t been told when mattress will be collected and company won’t refund me until they have mattress. Waited almost 5 weeks for a sagging uncomfortable mess. Once again said I would hear from courier within a couple of days but once again let down by this company. Don’t waste your time or money with them

Took a month to arrive.

My order arrived on time stated. Easy to put together. delivered by Love and Raji very respectful to my property.

This company are excellent from when I ordered to the delivery, I spoke on the phone to ask about the delivery and the lady I spoke to was very helpful and polite and very friendly, my order arrived with in 3 days, I highly recommend this company, Thank you your service was truly wonderful.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered a new mattress then read reviews here and got quote nervous. But top top service. Ordered at a weekend. Three days into the working week got an email that mattress was with distribution warehouse. They got into early the next day to confirm delivery Friday. Bang on time Friday and the chap that came was a real top lad. Big heavy mattress getting upstairs. I couldn’t help as I’m disabled but he constantly asked if I was okay. Thankfully my dad was able to help and all went off without a hitch. Would use bed supermarket again.

This companies responses to phone calls and emails is abysmal. I have responded to an email they sent me yesterday and still have had no responses to my email. I was on the phone yesterday for over 2 hours SO FAR TODAY I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD JUST OVER 1 HOUR.
Yesterday I had conflicting emails advising the bed was ready and just needed handing over to the courier and the courier would be in touch.
THEN I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL STATING THE COLOUR I HAD SELECTED WAS SO POPULAR AND I WOULD NEED TO CHOOSE ANOTHER COLOUR, THE PERSON I SPOKE WITH THEN SENT ME THE COLOUR CHART FOR MY NEW SELECTION.

YHAT WAS THE LAST TIME I HAD S RESPONSE. I AM BEYOND FRUSTRATED BY THE COMPANIES LACK OF RESONSE.

For six weeks, I was given no notice of delivery. First, there was a problem with the snow, then there was a problem with the courier and they were in the process of switching to another courier company. Finally, I was informed that the bed had been collected by the courier and would contact me within 48 hours. After that, I emailed them about the delivery and was informed that they were having problems with the new courier company. Besides, my bed hadn't even been manufactured yet! I requested an immediate refund, but I didn't receive it. After several days of no response to my emails requesting a refund, I reported the fraud to the bank, and only after my intervention did the bank get my money back. THESE ARE BLAM-HOODED LIARS, FRAUDSTERS, AND SCAMMERS!!! I DO NOT ADVISE YOU FROM SHOPPING WITH THIS STORE. IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND NERVES.

It was all going so well, until the driver said they were missing a base. It hadn;t been loaded on at the warehouse. That was one month ago. Since then the company has stopped answering my emails. Their promises have gone unfulfilled. Who knows where my bed base is. Last resort now. Contact the credit company and get my money back.

We regret to inform you that our experience with your mattress product has been exceptionally unsatisfactory. Upon our initial order for an orthopedic mattress, we were disappointed to receive a product of notably inferior quality. After 3 week period of extensive communication via phone and email to address this discrepancy, a replacement was eventually provided. However, after approximately one month of use, both my wife and I are experiencing significant lower back pain, to the extent that it takes us around 30 minutes to regain normal mobility each day. Consequently, we cannot recommend this product. Its poor quality has resulted in a considerable waste of both our time and money. We intend to dispose of this mattress and purchase a replacement from a different vendor.

Farce! They said they will deliver in 7 days and the order was placed on 19th January - still havent delivered and today is 4th Feb. It’s nearly impossible to reach a customer service agent.

The agents also mislead people as was told that they are picking up the order last week and its still not been delivered. Misleading, farce, and no accountability.

Apologies for delay in letting you know, So I can't fault the new courier company V1 I think they are called, they Did turn up at 8am also had previously texted me at 7.30am saying they were on there way to me and reply if this was still ok for me. Only criticism I do have, when I opened the door 1 guy stood holding the mattress on his foot due to rain, when I asked where other guy was he replied turning the van round, Anyway I was unable to check it before it come off van ( bedbugs) from other pickups they do, however they were polite and in and out professional within 5 mins. lease understand it's the delivery company 100% NOT bed supermarket that are good at communicating. I noticed finished with them yet!

Mattress Delivery

Communication with The Bed Supermarket was excellent throughout the ordering process; I was kept informed to the point of delivery. The company who delivered the bed, V1 Distribution were great....2 man team/very efficient/telephoned me to say they were en route/polite & courteous on arrival/mattress taken upstairs to the room of my choice. What a difficult company to deal with, if only I had read the trustpilot reviews, before I went and placed an order! So I ordered and paid for a mattress, I received a delivery date, that required me to accept, or lose for 7 days. This I accepted, only to find the delivery was canceled, after I changed my plans for delivery day. I had another beef with the company about disposal of the old mattress, which I had paid, only to find they advertised a cheaper price online! I decided to cancel the order, but 4 weeks later, I am still fighting to get my money back. I have now issued them with an official letter of intent, for court action. Communication is particularly difficult with this company, not only to the customer, but it seems even between departments in the company.
