Hard to cancel
It said you can manage subscription online blah blah. When you want to cancel, you have to log a ticket online and then got told to call and when you call it went to voicemail.

My issue is with the delivery company…
My issue is with the delivery company (Evri) rather than the gin box. My last delivery was with the Royal Mail and arrived about 3-4 days after my ordera with clear tracking all the time. However, Evri took 10 days to deliver this order and their tracking was almost non existent, so I had no clear idea as to when to expect it. If you had a postal preference I would definitely advise Royal Mail….

Able to cancel my membership without complications. Adviser Anna was polite and courteous and dealt with my cancellation request efficiently, following up immediately with confirmation email.

customer service rep good but overpriced!
The customer service representative was very helpful however the simple fact that you can sign up with a few clicks but you need to not only email to get the help desk number and then call to cancel your subscription is big red flag for me. If you can sign up entirely online you should be able to cancel online also. The box I received had a few nice options but was very overpriced. Over £30 for 2 20cl bottles, some syrup and a few snacks is very expensive.

Bianca on the phone was very helpful with cancelling my subscription. I did not realise I was signing up for a monthly box when I redeemed a free box after receiving a voucher for it on another website. Really wish I could have just cancelled online, having to call was a bit of an inconvenience.

Been a member for many years, love the experience of tasting unknown gins. The box gives snacks which complement the gins along with tonic water

Spoke to Des Jones on the phone and he made cancellation a straightforward process. However it would be easier to cancel membership through the website rather than having to make a phone call.

I called to cancel my membership
I called to cancel my membership, as I am not a real gin lover.( I like one now and again). Desmond, who I spoke to, was very polite, and didn't push me to continue, which would encourage me to take out membership again if I change tastes.
subscription trap impossible to cancel online.
They tempt you in with a free box and make it impossible to cancel without finding your way through a maze of the website and then calling up.

I sent an email, requesting cancellation and got almost an immediate response. I phoned the customer service department and spoke with a very polite gentleman, Des Jones. He helped me with the cancellation (after offering a generous discount) unfortunately my circumstances have changed. If they change again for the better, there is a fairly good chance that I will be back.
