EBC supplied and fitted replacement…
EBC supplied and fitted replacement boiler for me. Every step of the way, the fitters were, polite, timely and paid particular respect to my home. They explained fully the working functions I needed to be aware off. I would thoroughly recommend if you’re considering a new combo boiler fitted.

Good experience from start to finish
Good experience from start to finish. The Edinburgh Boiler Company supported us through the installation from setting the date as requested and installing a system that was controlled in the same manner as the old system as my mother is old and has memory issues. Scott and Daniel were polite, professional and carried out a good job. I have used The Edinburgh Boiler Company twice now and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

New Central Heating System.
I had a new boiler, radiators & pipework also CM alarm installed by the Edinburgh Boiler Company in 1 day. The work was done to a high standard and I was happy with the whole experience.The installers and office staff were patient and helpful throughout the experience and follow- up.

From start to finish (which took a few more days than any of us expected) the Edinburgh Boiler Company provided a first rate service.
Communication from the Office Staff and Engineers was excellent and I felt well informed and personally cared for throughout.
Particular shout out to the two engineers who worked on this; James who installed the boiler, and Martin who attended the following week to troubleshoot a couple of unforseen issues. Their attention to detail and the time each of them spent getting things 'just right' was second to none. I'd recommend The Edinburgh Boiler Company to anyone looking for a new boiler or needing a faulty boiler attended to.

Exceptional Service . . . . .
We recently had solar panels installed by The Edinburgh Boiler Company, and the entire experience from start to finish was absolutely exceptional.
From the initial survey carried out by Colin, who was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful, through to the installation itself, every stage was handled to the highest standard. Gareth, Sam, Robert & Kieran were outstanding during the installation — hardworking, courteous, efficient, and clearly very skilled at what they do. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were excellent throughout.
A special mention must also go to Anna in the office administration team, who was exceptionally proactive, organised, and efficient. Communication was always prompt and clear, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
It’s rare to come across a company where every single member of the team delivers such a consistently high level of customer service, professionalism, and care. We are absolutely delighted with the end result and would highly recommend The Edinburgh Boiler Company to anyone considering solar panel installation or related services.

Solar panel review _ poor communications and resolution of issues
After nearly 5 weeks our 2 day solar panel installation is still not finished. When the work started it appeared to be going well, as 4 vans turned up on time and the team got on with the job well, finishing about 70% of the job in one day. They were due to come back on the following Tuesday, but at the weekend I noticed the panels they had brought were the cheaper monofacial and not the bi-facial quoted, and this was one of the reasons for going with Edinburgh Boiler company. I pointed out the mistake and they agreed to fit a suitable bi-facial panel. That was 4 weeks ago. Since then multiple phone calls, emails have not given any indication that replacement panels are on their way. The secondary issue of the battery and inverter fitted being from Givenergy (now in administration) may not have helped matters, but although we've been promised updates, the last contact was on 22nd April, when we were promised an undate the following day. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of communications and cannot recommend, based on our experience to date.

Upgraded an old system from the 90s, the lads were so nice, flat was left clean and tidy, everything was explained so well - the office team checked in a week or so later to see how things were, our bathroom tap pressure had stayed a little high and they said they'd come to adjust it for us - highly recommend!
