I read the reviews and decided to purchase LVP through the floor guys as they had an extremely competitive price. Big mistake. Happy to take the order, sit on my money for over a month with no contact, before telling me it was going to be another month before shipping. I opted for a refund, it took weeks for them to process it and only occurred after I threatened legal action to recover the funds

No communication, no organisation, spend the extra few hundred extra somewhere and get the product delivered.

I have bought rugs from here before, consistently good quality and are just as they are displayed on the website. They are easy to clean and stay looking great.

The communication is good throughout tracking. They are very competitive with prices. The rug is a little slippy on my tiles so I bought some carpets grips to hold it in place. The rug is of good quality and thickness.

Great thanks to Tom and Ross in the Slack Creek store for helping us decide on our new hybrid floor. We encountered issues with our subfloor condition and were asking for professional advice from them through a phone call. Tom answered our concern during the inspection and was willing to take initiatives to coach us on resolving the issue. Ross helped us in deciding the suitable products (which is often the hardest part to decide...) with a brief product comparison in their warehouse. My partner and I are very happy with the work done by their installers, which is very efficient as well. Definitely recommend them for the service, and just pop in to the warehouse to actually see the product! (It is so much different from the website photo)

Purchased BestBuys French Oak Hybrid Herringbone Flooring, freighted to Cairns, QLD. Unable to DIY fit this product, only person who can fit this product is the flooring guys own technician. Spent months going back and forth with [Name Removed] (would not answer, would not reply to calls, texts or emails) from the company, had local floor layer come over to try and lay it, no success. the product is faulty and not for DIY. They finally took back product (3 months later), 2 pallets worth. Freight cost to ship to us was $400. on refunding they kept $1400!!! Faulty product should have received all money paid back.

We recently had engineered timber flooring installed by The Flooring Guys, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

From the initial consultation to the final install, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to understand our design goals and recommended the best timber options to suit our space, lifestyle, and budget.

Extremely rude person at the Willoughby showroom. He did not want to tell me if stock was available. Ask me to come to their showroom which is far away from me and hung up before I could say "Good Bye". Completely unacceptable business manners.
How can you deal with customers like this ? If their service and work as good as the customer service ... I would not give them much

Excellent price point, quality and fast delivery. Happy my rug was made in Turkey, not China, and certified to not use child labour. Feels soft and looks perfect. Contemporary yet with nods to classic design. Have received many compliments already.
