I'm very happy with the way an issue with my rug was handled. I received a rug that had been wrongly labeled by the supplier and hence the wrong colour. I appreciated having a phone number to ring to discuss the issue. Vincent was very helpful and got to the root of the problem and we arranged for the rug to be returned. Thank you so much.

The process was simple. I ordered, paid and collected the tiles that I saw at Bunnings but they said they would not have back in stock. The tiles I bought with the flooring guys were 40% cheaper than bunnings anyway. I will definitely use them again when buying tiles.

I still have not received my rug 3 weeks after purchasing it.
Customer service was unhelpful and didn't want to know about it. I paid insurance

Great price & product seems to be of great quality.
I reduced from a 5 star rating for two reasons:
Website says "5% off... today only". It says it every day! And we didn't even receive it.
There was no communication since placing the order. No advice that the cladding was out for delivery, nor that it had been delivered. It was left at the front door with plastic wrap to hold it against the two pillars & the packing was left in a pile in front of our garage door. Luckily it wasn't out in the weather too long.

I recently purchased some tile samples. They arrived very quickly and were well packaged. The samples were much bigger than expected which was great.

The price and ease of pick up was excellent

My order wasn't delivered and it was important getting hold of someone on the phone to talk to about it!!! Very disappointed and I will be contacting ACCC for a refund if I don't receive my order soon. Not happy at all!!!!
