Do not buy anything from this company. They take your money and don’t deliver your goods…Only way of contacting them is through submitting a ticket which they do not respond to. I have reported them to my bank who are investigating them for fraud

Extremely cheap products and bunch of irresponsible management
Extremely bad customer service, people do not pick up calls, delivery late by weeks, furniture bad quality. Call centers do not pick up and tell you to contact showroom and showroom will tell you to call the customer service.

No sign of it being a real company
Ordered a week ago, emailed the same day to ask them to change my delivery address and didn't hear back. Order was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days, so emailed again after 6 days to ask when it would be dispatched. Didn't hear back. Today tried a message on Facebook, got an auto reply. Tried Instagram, message saying they don't accept messages. No contact number available, no replies to emails or messages, and no sign of my order. If that's not screaming scam, I don't know what does.

I order over 7 working days ago and nothing! No cabinet and no response to my email for information on delivery. It’s laughable that they send me a request to review their service!!
