Delivery was fine price was fine BUT upon wanting to return, Ive found it to be a slow, Painful back and forth process.
You are asked to complete an online form for information, then to be followed up later with an email of the issue and then pictures while they 'make a decision'
The website clearly states you can return within 14 days no problem, so I'm not sure what decision needs to be made.
They then say you can choose their overpriced collection rates of £5-£15 or send your own way which is then also not something they are happy with.
I ordered this item only because I could return it if needed but now totally regret this and will avoid this company in the future purely due to the processes and customer service experience.

Terrible communication and the delivery times are a load of rubbish. I ordered furniture over three weeks ago and still waiting for any kind of idea on when it will arrive. Now trying to get a refund but may have to resort to claiming through a credit card. Ridiculous that there’s not even a customer service phone number

I found an office chair online and found it cheapest here. No issues at all. Delivery was prompt and by DPD who sent updates and provided a 1hr slot on the day of delivery.

Have emailed them and they can’t be bothered to reply my questions and since I decided to cancel the order and funny enough they reply within an hour later after my cancellation, I won’t be ordering anything from them

Been asking for a full refund and they totally ignored after the conversation we had and lucky enough I paid by PayPal and I have informed PayPal plus screenshot the conversation that I dealt with the company that I share with PayPal and they are aware of it

I placed an order nearly a month ago. The day the delivery was received I informed them that the item was damaged, amd I am still waiting for them to refund or replace.

Once they have your money they just don't care about after sale service

very poor quality furniture, I do not know if all of them, but certainly the bed frame, the first one was damaged, missed, after assembling it turned out that the fasteners are unstable, everything fell apart in a few months, I do not recommend it.

I ordered a set of chairs. I waited 14 days to hear that they cancelled my order and that the chairs were out of stock. I went online to show my friend what chairs I tried to order and I saw that they are in stock, just that they are OVER twice the price. So they cancelled my order because of this and lied about stock levels.

Great customer service, absolutely amazing quality with a reasonable price. 10/10 definitely recommend to anyone looking for cheap yet amazing quality furniture.

Quality service from purchase to delivery. notified of delivery date by a pleasant voice via phone call and called on the day of the delivery by the exceptional driver. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from again 👍

Bought some items for my new house and had no problems whatsoever! Customer service was also really good.

Bought Birlea bed from them, which was much cheaper than anywhere else. It came with 2 parts missing, but TFH chase them and sent missing part. Good comms and great service. Would use again and recommend.

I recently ordered 4 bar stools from furniture home which arrived very quickly. If I could have left a review at this stage, it would have been 5 stars. We opened the first box and the bar stool was marked on the seat, had scratches on 2 of the legs and one of the screws wouldn't tighten or release. Also, the measurement given on the website was 1" different which meant the stools didn't fit under our breakfast bar. There is no number to phone the company which would have sorted this return within a matter of minutes. I had to send several e-mails which usually took 2-3 days to receive a reply. When I received a reply, they didn't answer what I had queried with them. I had to return the stools myself as Furniture Home would charge me £50. Instead I organised it myself but it still cost me £30 through DPD. I even had to pay to send the damaged bar stool back to them. This whole process from receiving the stools to getting a return address took almost 2 weeks and was so stressful. They had no intention of answering my questions about the damaged stool which I should have not had to pay to return. I wasn't expecting a refund to be easy but to be fair, I did receive a full refund within a few days of returning the stools. This company would be ok to deal with if you had no problems with the items, but if you need any after service, forget it! I will never use them again.
